    The Best Resort Staff Ever!

    This was our first trip to the Dominican Republic. Upon arrival to the Barcelo Bavaro Beach resort, we were escorted to the Premium Lounge where we were provided with snacks and private concierge service. Our concierge, Daniel Morillo, was absolutely incredible. He was attentive, remembered our names and would check in with us throughout our stay. The swim-up room was great and made pool access super easy and comfortable. The campus is huge and offers lots of entertainment, the all-day trolleys help to make getting around a breeze. We also golfed twice during our stay and one of the caddies, Darlin, was so kind. He went out of his way to help us and offered to store our clubs until we returned. When we did come back the second time, he remembered us and had our clubs loaded up in our golf cart while we were still in the club house. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful and thoughtful staff.

    Amazing trip

    This place is fabulous. Shout out to our favorite employees: Yisandra Wilson and Rosnariris, waitresses at the Theatre at Barcel beach. Entertainment host that jumps and yells DJ! And Chocolate', our favorite dancer!

    Amazing Service from Sanyel !

    I stayed at Barcelo Bavaro Beach Resort with six of my friends, and we had time of our lives from start to finish. The resort made our vacation unforgettable. What really set our stay apart, was the service we received from our ambassador, Sanyel Montero. From the time we checked in, Sanyel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group. He helped with reservations, arranged transportation, offered recommendations, and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, his attentiveness and hospitality made us feel like VIPs every single day. Sanyel elevated our entire experience. The staff was friendly and professional. Guest satisfaction is a top priority here. As for the resort itself, we couldn’t have asked for more – great pools, a nice clean beach just steps away, great restaurants and buffets with a variety of foods, several bars, and a lot of fun activities to choose from. We was able relax by the water or different entertainment, such as karaoke, casino or go to the club. There was something for everyone. Before we left, We were already talking about coming back next year – we hope to see Sanyel again!

    Experience at Bavaro Beach

    Overall great experience at Bavaro Beach while vacationing here with my family. Staff were very friendly and helpful! In particular, Darleny who always provided us with excellent service. I can’t wait to be back!
