Service was excellent by Rodell. Food was amazingly prepared. Rodell was professional and made great recommendations for our food choices. Definitely coming back.

Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, which I have enjoyed in the past. Oh, how things have changed. I would rate it 2.5 at the most. The food is nothing to speak of, and the pool situation is preposterous.

Can't wait to go back!
We could not get over how friendly the entire staff was! Front staff, bartenders, servers, cleaning staff, groundskeepers, they all greeted us with a smile and made sure to say hi. Hospitality is definitely a priority. The food was delicious! We had great dinners at all 4 restaurants. The buffet had a huge variety and had some different choices every day. The omelet bar, pasta bar, and grill, were a great touch to the buffet for fresher food. The choices of drinks were great! It wasn't just cheap liquor like we thought it would be. Great options in whiskey, vodka, rum, and tequila. The "fruity" drinks at the swim up bar tasted great and we had a new favorite every day! Finally, the location was great! The beach was clean and you could walk for miles in either direction. We loved laying under the palm trees instead of umbrellas and huts like the other resorts. Right behind the resort was entertainment if you chose to leave the resort. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs were just across the street so there was plenty to do if you just wanted to get out for a bit. And no matter where you went, it never felt unsafe.
