    Excellente

    Our first night we had dinner at The Aruba Seafood Fish restaurant because we wanted relax by the water outside. Our waiter Rodell was very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our grouper and salmon dinner relaxing over the warm winds and palm trees. The food was perfect and Rodell took our photo and gave to us. Such a nice surprise to have photo as well. Dessert was delicious too.

    The employees make the experience.

    The hotel and amenities are wonderful, but their food is lacking. The experience was definitely improved by employees that go out of their way to help. The poolside bartenders, Mary at the hibachi restaurant, Rodel at the steak and seafood restaurant and many others were wonderful.

    Great service with a smile!

    Ruthmila and Roxanne were excellent at The Palm restaurant. So friendly and fun. Ruthmila constantly has a smile on her face and is very welcoming and helpful. She has been on service a couple of times with us and now we look forward to seeing her as often as we can during our stay.

    Great time - amazing staff. Hotel needs updating

    Love this resort. Minor mix up with first club and the rooms - disappointed with how it was handled. However, the wait and service staff make up for it with the amazing attentiveness. Cleanest beach, best beach servers. Chairs at the pool not available unless you reserve.

    Unbelievably disappointed

    I have stayed at this Barceló twice before. The most recent time being 2019. NOTHING has been updated except the fact that they have downgraded the expectations paired with their room reservation titles. I have stayed at other Barceló locations and loved my experience so this one was disappointing to say the least.
