Great atmosphere
Staff was so nice and helpful. The place isn’t insanely big so it’s easy to navigate. Food was really good. Casino is small, but has slots and table games. Perfect location to access shops, restaurants and bars. Entertainment was great. Could it use a little refreshing-sure. Would I stay here again-absolutely.

Overall very good experience.
My stay was very good, hotel is clean and they maintain the pool and lobby well. The staff is friendly and professional, definitely have to get royal level. Make sure you book reservations at the restaurants before you get to the hotel. I couldn’t get a reservation at the hibachi restaurant. Room was clean. Cleaning services were great. Bed was a bit hard. But I think that’s just my Opinion cause my husband loved it. Pillows were weird. Long pillows would have preferred just normal pillows. Overall a very good experience!

Aruba is a yearly trip for us! We love the Barcelo
Aruba is a yearly trip for us. We have tried a few different resorts, but end up coming back to Barcelo for the people and the value. This year we tried something different, we paid extra money for royal level accommodations. I do think it was worth a few extra dollars we paid because of the upstairs dining room where we had breakfast every morning, nicer room and the beach bar. it was a little more customized. As far as the beach and the weather, it’s perfection here. If you like a super quiet, private vacation, it’s not that: it’s busy, but we enjoy walking the strip at night after dinner, there’s a lot going on. At Barcelo the staff is extremely accommodating, Melvin, Karina, Jamie, Jissette,,… There’s so many nice folks. I don’t know everyone’s name, but they’re all extremely accommodating. Even though Barcelo is an all-inclusive resort, we enjoy going to dinners off resort and there are so many good restaurants. Agridente (Italian), we had dinner at the Ritz, It was exquisite, Pizza at Napolitano, there are so many good restaurants. We’ve been other places that we like very much but Aruba is an easy flight and a relaxed vacation for us. Hope this was helpful.

Captain Rodell and Jonathan were amazing. Food was very good and service was great. Salmon was the best of everywhere I had on the island. You won’t regret eating here

Great Experience with Jonathan Gillard
I had an incredible experience at the Palm Buffet with Jonathan Gillard. He made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He was extremely attentive to all of us so there was nothing that we could need!!!
