Excellent experience, from accommodations to staff a true five star experience, excellent for a business trip or for vacations, rooms are spotless, the staff is very friendly and very professional, food was excellent. Definitely a place to go back

Pure luxury
We stayed for only one night as a transit through Barcelona. Such a luxurious surprise of a visit. The king-sized bed was the most comfortable ever. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Service and staff were top class. The location being above Barcelona Sants station meant it was close to everything, with many fine bars and restaurants nearby. The Space Age decor was odd, but didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Excessive checkin waiting times ( over 1 hr) and homeless people accessing reception looking for a place to sleep. Checkin staff planning and processes needs to be reviewed, nobody expects the level of queuing and time spent per customer.

City Break
Excellent stay at the Barcelo Sants! We stayed there overnight for the Coldplay concert. The Hotel is central, easy to reach by all means of transport. Barcelona is a wonderful city and the Barcelo is a great place to stay and discover it.

Nice stay in Barcelo Sants
The hotel is located literally on the Railway and Metro Stations Barcelona Sants, so it very easy to get to different places in and outside the city. Although is on the train station it was quiet in the rooms.
