Staff and customer attention is amazing. Food is awesome. Lots of entertainment throughout the day. No sargassum. Clean / perfect size.

I stayed at this hotel last year and unfortunately our experience has had lasting consequences. While using the hotel’s private beach facilities, my bank card details were compromised. Shortly afterwards, fraudulent transactions began appearing on my account. Nearly 12 months on, I am still dealing with ongoing scam attempts linked to the card details that were taken during our stay. What has been most disappointing is the hotel’s response. Despite raising this with them and explaining that the compromise appeared to happen on their beach, there was no meaningful investigation, reassurance, or accountability. I appreciate that hotels cannot control every individual, but when a guest is targeted on your premises, you would expect concern, support and proactive follow-up. Financial fraud is incredibly stressful and time-consuming to deal with. It is not just “a cancelled card” - it is hours on the phone to banks, monitoring accounts, and the anxiety of repeated attempts to access your money. I would strongly urge the hotel to review security measures on their beach facilities and take guest safety more seriously. Guests should feel safe - not spend the next year dealing with the fallout.

My holiday January 2026
Absolutely fantastic time everything was just as I expected a big thank you to the beach bar staff. Erica, Roberto and especially Mary thank you all for the way you all looked after me. The food was so good the room was so clean and perfect for my 14 nights I did not really see any of the evening entertainment as I like to have early nights so could not comment on that area but overall a big thanks again and yes I will be back

Lovely Hotel
