    Best hotel experience I've had.. ever ❤️

    Best home away from home , from the staff , to the food , to the grounds , everything has exceeded my expectations ,i love this hotel and will be back. (Excursion was on a catamaran to the white sandy beach in photos!!) I bought several items from the ladies on the beach all super nice and are willing to negotiate 😉

    Beautiful resort with excellent staff and customer service. Despite the property being older the staff does an amazing job keeping the resort very clean and gorgeous. Fun pool activities and plenty of pool and covered beach chairs. No need at all to scurry to reserve a beach lounger and not allowed which is awesome! The staff are very attentive and this resort is more laid back and not a loud tourist destination. Very nice laid back resort for couples and families. Hot water was an issue as mentioned in several reviews but requesting maintenance to adjust helped.

    March 2025 grand la romana

    It's a nice resort and complex, clean. Polite staff, great sand beaches, water is not the best it's not clear at all. The food is good overall. And the rooms are good. The hours getting in and out is not the best, nor the drive of 1:30 min approx. The pool is good. The drinks are good, staff is very good.

    Wedding anniversary holiday

    Had a lovely stay at the Bahai Principe. We must like it because this was our 5th time. Stayed for 2 weeks from 4th to 18th March. We go for our wedding anniversary ❤ The staff are all brilliant and it is hard to pick out the best. We did notice an improvement in the service in the main restaurant this year. Staff were efficient and polite, better managed. The ladies at the door were so beautiful and courteous. Reception staff were always very helpful and the bell boys. Animation team as always were very entertaining. Rooms were always cleaned so well. Gardens were immaculate so well done to the gardeners. Our lovely friend at the pool bar, Luis, remembered us and always had our drinks ready. They were very quick at the pool bar, didn't keep you waiting long. The pool area is beautiful. We did lots of sailing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked down to the Beach Club area where the sea was clearer. Beach areas were so clean. Food etc in all the restaurants were amazing, along with the staff. We tried all the a la carte restaurants, Italian was my favourite. I can't stop praising everyone. We do travel all over the world but our hearts remain at the Bahai Principe la Romana. See you all next year.

    Awesome resort!!!!

    Best place with amazing staff!! Alfred was so fun and I loved his spirits during the fitness/stretches/dances!! Genna and Nicky were also wonderful. Bryan and all the other servers were extremely helpful and welcoming in the restaurants! And all the lifeguards were super helpful :) other than the ocean being murky, I had sooooo much fun!!
