    Great location, additional amenities and excellent customer service.

    Roomy accommodations, would be great for a family or guests who try need of extra space for wheelchairs/walkers. Was allowed an extremely early check-in much to our surprise and offered several unexpected amenities such as 1hr complementary bike rental & towel/chair/umbrella service across the street @ Hallandale beach. The property had a nice onsite eatery which we had breakfast at and their pool area was large and inviting. Valet and Bellmen were always around to lend a hand or offer directions.

    Thanks to Melissa and Omar for great hospitality. Omar was transparent about the upfront gratitude tip and Melissa made me feel seen and gave me a wonderful opportunity and definitely inspired me to keep traveling with Hilton.

    Had such a wonderful time at this hotel. We stayed here on the way to our cruise. The weather in Fort Lauderdale was perfect, the pool amazing, and of all the enployees were fantastic. Sahily and Natasha (front desk) were especially helpful and amazing. We loved our experience mostly because of them! Thank you so much!

    Great views and conveniently located!!

    The location was convenient, close to shopping, restaurants and across from the beach. The service was amazing! Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was ocean view with gorgeous sunrises. The only downfall of our room was that it had cockroaches (Rm 505). When we requested a new room, the receptionist was apologetic and immediately got us a new room with a view and I saw the Terminex truck show up shortly afterwards. Everyone at the resort was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfasts were very good and having lounge chairs available at the beach was a plus.
