Old tired hotel that needs a complete renovation. I was surprised at the lack of maintenance of this property especially since it’s a Hilton brand. Staying there one night prior to a cruise is fine but not more than that.

Juan da GOAT, he was the very bestest, most attentive, and kind beach attendant. DEFINITELY coming back. Lots of opportunities and accessible food. Hotel atmosphere was great. Highly recommend for any audiences and groups of people, this place got everything. in the end, shout Juan again.

Great experience
We had initially been turned away by Gallery One - a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. However, Ruth at the front desk completely changed our experience with her warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind attitude. She made us feel at home right away and went above and beyond to help us. Her positive energy and professionalism truly turned our day around. We also want to recognize the gentleman at the pool bar, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, for being just as friendly, attentive, and kind. Together, they provided outstanding service and made our experience truly wonderful.
