B Resort & Spa is pleased to introduce its new restaurant, American Kitchen Bar & Grill. The new restaurant specializes in classic "comfort food" made with contemporary ingredients and replaces the resort's previous destination dining venue.
American Kitchen’s newly developed recipes look at the past and appeal to the taste buds in the present – designed to evoke the senses and change the way guests think of traditional American cuisine. Highlighting the restaurant’s industrial farmhouse vibe, the showpiece of the dining venue is a vintage 1951 Flatbed Ford that features an unlimited, all-natural salad bar and an interactive “selfie station” in the driver’s seat! On Fridays and Saturdays the slow roasted Prime Rib reigns king, with an all-you-care-to-eat option for those bold enough to try it. The bar boasts an eclectic mix of craft beers, small batch bourbons, and one of the largest selections of whiskeys and vodkas this side of the Mississippi.
With multiple seating options ranging from a large communal table to intimate booths to private dining room, American Kitchen Bar & Grill is sure to bring people together from around the world in an environment where everyone feels like they are part of the family.

Whether you are returning from a day of meetings or were out exploring the Walt Disney Resort and area attractions, B Nourished in the privacy of your guest room or suite with in-room dining service. B Resort & Spa offers guests a complete menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, as well as a selections of light snacks.
In-Room Dining is available from 6:30am - 2:00am daily.

- The Pick-Up
For lighter fare, The Pick-Up features a full coffee bar with pastries, croissants, muffins and doughnuts and also has full-service ice cream shop featuring hand-dipped cones and out-of-this world banana splits. Additionally, guests can choose from a large selection of delicious chips, sweets and various treats. In case you might have forgotten to bring sunscreen, The Pick-Up also has a wide variety of sundries and personal necessities.
Located on the lobby level of B Resort & Spa, the café can also be your one-stop shop for a quick breakfast or to stock up on snacks before heading out for the day. The Pick-Up features a wide selection of picnic packs, from family favorites loaded with American Kitchen classics to more romantic date packs with wine, cheese and pate. • Enter your Walt Disney World destination and tap “Request.”
• The app will display a map tracking the vehicle en route and give you an identifying vehicle number to help you spot your car.

Oct 19, 2026Stay for Disney Perks and location near Disney Springs
TLDR: Stay for Disney Perks but don't expect much else. This hotel was slightly above fine (I would say 3.5/5 but I rounded up). It's certainly not a typical Renaissance experience here. These rooms are outdated and lacking in the chic glamour that usually comes with a Renaissance property. The lobby is nice and they offer some great amenities like a pool, an arcade room, a convenience store, and 3 dining options. Nice perks like free drink vouchers for wine, beer, or coffee. The best thing about this place, early access to Magic Kingdom. Walking distance to Disney Springs. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but some things are lacking. For example: -No microwaves except in The Grove (their grab and go coffee shop). It closes at certain time of the night, so imagine you come back from Disney Springs with your food and they have no where for you to heat your food up. For the price they charge, they should have a microwave available somewhere at all times. -I also saw a few bugs that were dying so I'm assuming the floors have been treated, but still. I can't have bugs getting into my suitcase. -My sink in the bathroom drained slowly. Not a huge deal because I was solo but imagine if you were sharing a room. I'd stay again, but I wouldn't pay what I paid this time.

Hotel in a good location for Disney Springs, approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk. Room was large and beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom was an odd layout and very dated with a shower over the bath and the dreaded shower curtain. Housekeeping good and kept room clean. Had a ground floor lanai room opposite car park, according to travel agent booked with was a supposedly an upgraded room. No problems with noise at hotel. Service at reception was hit and miss, not the most welcoming and also not given all information. The coffee shop was excellent and always great service. Onsite shop was also good. Bus transportation to parks was very efficient outgoing but if leaving Magic Kingdom late it was very disorganised. We booked the return bus, there were lots of people waiting and they sent one bus which was not near enough for the amount of people waiting. Would probably not stay at this hotel again

I stayed at this location for a business trip from Satuday the 3rd and checked out on Monday the 12th. Rooms were nice, food in the restaurnt was really good, and the bartenders were great. Only had one major problem. Roaches! The night before I had to check out I found a cockroach crawling on the bathroom wall. I was able capture it in a glass and bring it to the front desk. The lady apologized and offered me a free coffee for the next morning. I was about to check out the next morning and saw another cockroach crawling on the wall in the room. Caught that one too and brought it down to the front desk. I asked for the GM and the front desk attendant gave me a card for the rooms director. I am waiting for that person to call me back. DO NOT STAY HERE

Childhood memories
I stayed here as a little girl in 1974 or 75. So I was excited to go back. We had a lanai pool view room. Not sure I would call a balcony on the 2nd floor a lanai. I am Titanium with Marriott and travel to Disney once or twice a month. This location is great for Disney Springs. We encountered a huge inconvenience with the bus service. The bus for MK didn’t even stop. Just drive through the parking lot. Even with us having the reservation for boarding. This non stopping bus was confirmed with the HS bus driver that arrived at the same time. The front desk did offer to send an Uber. However, I lost trust with trying to get back. So we drove. This hotel doesn’t have the top Renaissance expectations. Even though it was updated the carpets in the hallways and stairs need replaced. And the tubs are gross. The staff was amazing. But a huge shout out to Karren is American kitchen. He was friendly and great with my daughter’s food allergies. I just hate the parking fees. But that’s everywhere.

Good, but I Wouldn’t Stay Again
There was a lot of good here. You can walk to Disney Springs, staff was very nice and efficient, hotel smells good, breakfast buffet was good, beds are comfortable. Room was clean, smelled good, but a little bit of mold or marks in the shower. The bathroom is a bit of an odd configuration in our room, but plenty of space in the shower and in front of vanity. If your party needs to close the bathroom door then that would be a little tedious because of the layout, but still not a big deal. Decor was cute, had an awning painted on the ceiling, and odd (to me) yellow color for the headboard. This hotel could easily feel more elevated with different paint and fabric and switching to no carpet in the rooms. Although, I will note the carpet seemed clean and dry to me. The furniture was very nice. The big negative for us was the fan in the room cannot be shut off. Some people like that whitenoise and it would not be a negative, but for me it is a reason to not stay again. I realize that helps the hotel guard against humidity in the room, but then I say put a humidistat thermostat on the rooms so it clicks on if humidity goes above 60%.
