AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
We checked in today and, unfortunately, are stuck here for five days and could not be more angry or disappointed in this "resort." First and foremost, you need to know that this place is currently undergoing a massive renovation and the ENTIRE TOWER, where nearly all their rooms are that they show in their photos, is closed. They are using a small two-story wing that is in dreadful shape to house all guests. We booked this stay in January 2023 through Chase Travel. Thought we were getting a good deal. We arrived today for our five night stay and were shocked to find the hotel is undergoing this massive renovation. No one at the hotel nor at Chase Travel reached out to us to tell us this and offer us the chance to consider alternate accommodations. Instead we show up to a hotel that is barely staffed and barely functioning. The amenities are all closed -- no pool, no gym, no nothing. Through Chase Travel we booked a City View king bed room. Well, of course, with the tower completely closed down there is no city view. Instead we, as a couple traveling without children, were thrown into a dingy room with a king bed and a set of bunk beds we don't need taking up valuable space. We tried to contact Chase Travel for help seeing that we were never told that this place is under massive renovation. They called these uncooperative jerks at the B Hotel and they basically told us to take a hike. They said we could cancel but that we would owe them for the one night but yet we wouldn't even get to stay that one night -- if we cancel we need to leave immediately. WHAT?? So on top of completely misleading us, the only "remedy" they offer is to charge us for one night and tell us to get out. Lovely. So, not willing to eat one night's stay and then have to go pay to find another hotel, we have decided to just stick it out. But good lord, this place is an absolute shambles. The rooms are in awful shape, rusted hinges on the doors, broken lamps, no dresser space in the rooms, just beyond awful. Oh and I almost forgot -- this place has the nerve to advertise their "Blissful Beds." Um....I guess if hard as a rock is your definition of blissful, OK. Also, after getting here and going through this, we decided to see if their web site does anything to tip people off about the current condition of this place. Um, barely. It says "pardon our dust, we're going through a renovation and some parts of the resort are inaccessible." LOL....yeah, I would call having the entire tower closed to be a bit inaccessible, especially when your web site continues to advertise rooms that you cannot even stay in right now since they only exist in the tower. We are so incredibly disappointed with this place. Of course our biggest disappointment is that this hotel that looked beautiful online is an absolute nightmare but that no one was willing to do anything to make up for what happened to us. The Orlando area is filled with hotels. DO NOT make the mistake of booking here.

Great Bar Service With Karren
We had a great time at the bar with Karren. He was full of great conversation and was an outstanding bartender and server. I highly recommend ordering the B Chill for whiskey lovers and if your nice he'll make sure your Coronas have the lime float to the bottom before you drink them.

Don't miss out
Go see Karen at the bar! He is amazing! Great service, experience, and atmosphere. Have been coming here for a few years. Very excited to see the new check in lobby. Rooms have always be clean. Will be returning in the future.

‘Resort’ only in name
Karren at the bar and our banquet staff are were the only redeeming qualities about this hotel. They were both fantastic and it’s unfortunate they had to make up for an extremely disappointing stay. Dirty rooms, not enough rooms to accommodate our reservations, and no amenities due to construction is just scratching the surface.

Loved this place
Came here for a quick dinner with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the lever of service from Karren. The food and drinks were good GREAT and the atmosphere was chill. Just what we needed on this trip.
