B Resort & Spa is pleased to introduce its new restaurant, American Kitchen Bar & Grill. The new restaurant specializes in classic "comfort food" made with contemporary ingredients and replaces the resort's previous destination dining venue.
American Kitchen’s newly developed recipes look at the past and appeal to the taste buds in the present – designed to evoke the senses and change the way guests think of traditional American cuisine. Highlighting the restaurant’s industrial farmhouse vibe, the showpiece of the dining venue is a vintage 1951 Flatbed Ford that features an unlimited, all-natural salad bar and an interactive “selfie station” in the driver’s seat! On Fridays and Saturdays the slow roasted Prime Rib reigns king, with an all-you-care-to-eat option for those bold enough to try it. The bar boasts an eclectic mix of craft beers, small batch bourbons, and one of the largest selections of whiskeys and vodkas this side of the Mississippi.
With multiple seating options ranging from a large communal table to intimate booths to private dining room, American Kitchen Bar & Grill is sure to bring people together from around the world in an environment where everyone feels like they are part of the family.

Whether you are returning from a day of meetings or were out exploring the Walt Disney Resort and area attractions, B Nourished in the privacy of your guest room or suite with in-room dining service. B Resort & Spa offers guests a complete menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, as well as a selections of light snacks.
In-Room Dining is available from 6:30am - 2:00am daily.

- The Pick-Up
For lighter fare, The Pick-Up features a full coffee bar with pastries, croissants, muffins and doughnuts and also has full-service ice cream shop featuring hand-dipped cones and out-of-this world banana splits. Additionally, guests can choose from a large selection of delicious chips, sweets and various treats. In case you might have forgotten to bring sunscreen, The Pick-Up also has a wide variety of sundries and personal necessities.
Located on the lobby level of B Resort & Spa, the café can also be your one-stop shop for a quick breakfast or to stock up on snacks before heading out for the day. The Pick-Up features a wide selection of picnic packs, from family favorites loaded with American Kitchen classics to more romantic date packs with wine, cheese and pate. • Enter your Walt Disney World destination and tap “Request.”
• The app will display a map tracking the vehicle en route and give you an identifying vehicle number to help you spot your car.

Apr 15, 2026Beautiful Design, but Safety Matters
I stayed at this property for one night and came away feeling a bit mixed. There is a lot here that works well. Check-in was seamless, and the staff made a strong first impression. They were friendly, welcoming, and informative about the hotel and its amenities, which immediately set a positive tone for the stay. The room itself was visually appealing. It felt aesthetic, tidy, and well put together at first glance, which always matters. A room can be simple, but if it feels clean, calm, and intentional, that goes a long way. Where the stay fell short was in maintenance and functionality. The most noticeable issue was the shower. It appeared to need a much deeper cleaning, with visible dirt and mold buildup that detracted from the otherwise polished look of the room. Beyond cleanliness, the glass shower door was a real concern. It swung outward too loosely, making hard contact with the bathroom vanity, and when closing, it also hit the adjacent glass panel with force. That kind of repeated impact does not inspire confidence. The door also failed to seal properly, allowing water to spill onto the bathroom floor and creating an avoidable slip hazard. There were also issues with the room entry itself. The key reader was inconsistent, making it more frustrating to enter the room than it should have been. On top of that, the main entrance door to the room was heavy and shut with enough force to rattle the frame and surrounding walls. This was consistent with neighboring units on my floor, as I could hear guests coming and going from my room based on the door slamming, which caused the door frame and walls in my room to rattle loudly. The elevator was also very slow, which is a smaller complaint, but still part of the overall experience. I reduced my time by taking the stairs down to the main floor. Thank God I was on the second floor. What stood out most to me, though, was the property’s access setup. Guest room floors required key access via the elevator, suggesting an effort toward controlled entry. However, the stairwells did not appear to have the same security measures, suggesting it was possible for non-guests to reach guest-room levels. Whether intentional or not, that undercuts the sense of security a hotel should provide. Overall, this is a property with a strong visual impression, pleasant staff, and a smooth arrival experience. But for the price to truly feel justified, the basics need to hold up too, especially cleanliness, safety, noise control, and secure guest access.

100000000% this hotel is amazing
Despite the reviews from this hotel I’m gonna 10000000% disagree with the majority of them -from the checkin staff to the rooms ,the staff ,the service,the location,the atmosphere and vibe the everything it is all absolutely amazing here on a 12 night stay and it’s brilliant so to the haters and there views please don’t post untrue comments-as I’m one of the biggest critics there is and I can’t fault it if I could give 10 stars I would -britintheusa

We arrived on the 28th February 2026 after an 11-hour trip, and we were all exhausted! We came to check in to be told the room was ready as the hotel didn't have our booking on the system. So we waited around 30-45 minutes we kept asking how long it would take, my little boy was having a major meltdown in the lobby and he just needed to go to bed but the room still wasn't ready, I tried to explain to a staff member that my little one was adopted and struggles with certain circumstances to which she just walked off. When we finally got out rooms it was lovely, modern. The hotel has great facilities, my little one loved the pool and its only around a 10-15 minute walk from Disney springs which is perfect for the evenings. The shower wasnt the best, it took the water time to heat up and then would go cold again. Beds were uncomfortable There was a party of teenagers who were there for a conference, they were very noisy! we had to phone reception several times as they all had rooms close to us, at one point I had to knock on their door as it was midnight and we could hear laughing, banging, music (I could go on!) And had to ask them to be quite. The hotel has transportation to the Disney parks but non to universal so we had to book an uber to universal (something to bare in mind) A few days after check in the hotel delivered us some champagne and a selection of treats along with a card apologising regarding check in and also said congratulations on our adoption. Overall we had a very pleasant and positive experience. The noise from the teenagers spoilt it slightly and we struggled to sleep during the 2nd week. But would stay here again!

Awesome experience
We had Easter brunch at American Kitchen bar and grill. Imane and Nick to excellent care of us. They made it a truly special experience. Can’t wait to come back!! Great service!
