  • American Kitchen Bar & Grill

    B Resort & Spa is pleased to introduce its new restaurant, American Kitchen Bar & Grill. The new restaurant specializes in classic "comfort food" made with contemporary ingredients and replaces the resort's previous destination dining venue.

    American Kitchen’s newly developed recipes look at the past and appeal to the taste buds in the present – designed to evoke the senses and change the way guests think of traditional American cuisine. Highlighting the restaurant’s industrial farmhouse vibe, the showpiece of the dining venue is a vintage 1951 Flatbed Ford that features an unlimited, all-natural salad bar and an interactive “selfie station” in the driver’s seat! On Fridays and Saturdays the slow roasted Prime Rib reigns king, with an all-you-care-to-eat option for those bold enough to try it. The bar boasts an eclectic mix of craft beers, small batch bourbons, and one of the largest selections of whiskeys and vodkas this side of the Mississippi.

    With multiple seating options ranging from a large communal table to intimate booths to private dining room, American Kitchen Bar & Grill is sure to bring people together from around the world in an environment where everyone feels like they are part of the family.

  • In-Room Dining

    Whether you are returning from a day of meetings or were out exploring the Walt Disney Resort and area attractions, B Nourished in the privacy of your guest room or suite with in-room dining service. B Resort & Spa offers guests a complete menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, as well as a selections of light snacks.

    In-Room Dining is available from 6:30am - 2:00am daily.

  • Pool Bar
    You'll want to B Seen at B Resort & Spa's outdoor Pool Bar & Grill. Featuring refreshing, ice-cold beverages, hand-crafted cocktails, and a light fare menu - it's a great place to B Social, B Relaxed, or B Refreshed.
  • The Pick-Up

    For lighter fare, The Pick-Up features a full coffee bar with pastries, croissants, muffins and doughnuts and also has full-service ice cream shop featuring hand-dipped cones and out-of-this world banana splits. Additionally, guests can choose from a large selection of delicious chips, sweets and various treats. In case you might have forgotten to bring sunscreen, The Pick-Up also has a wide variety of sundries and personal necessities.

    Located on the lobby level of B Resort & Spa, the café can also be your one-stop shop for a quick breakfast or to stock up on snacks before heading out for the day. The Pick-Up features a wide selection of picnic packs, from family favorites loaded with American Kitchen classics to more romantic date packs with wine, cheese and pate.     Overall a great hotel for business and family travel.

    We are so pleased with this hotel. Room was clean and updated with nice amenities. The restaurant in the hotel American Kitchen was phenomenal both the food and staff. Thx Chad! The outdoor pool bar was fun and served yummy drinks. Thx Jacob!

    Great stay!

    Lovely hotel, my family and I had an amazing stay, everyone at the hotel was so lovely and welcoming! Especially Jacob from the pool bar who was always super friendly and helpful! Thank you to everyone who made our trip memorable! We will definitely stay again!

    Love this area of Orlando. So convenient to every area of the park. What really makes the visit is KARREN @Renaissance Bar// Restaurant. I literally have seen him 3x in 6 years. His soul is the most amazing spirit in the whole place. He deserves the world due to his hard work and attitude. I have a hair salon in Atl@ Balance salon. I begged him to come to Atl and teach my team VIP experience. (Ritz style) he is a true landmark for the Renaissance Orlando. Remember his name. KARREN. True American dream story.     Staff great / B Hotel transition to Martiott meh

    The bar / rest - specifically Karren - is our staple. The go to guy. Always makes us and the entire room special. Great recommendations. Makes everything right. The transition from B Hotel to Marriott has not been the best as there are things that still need to be addressed. Will still stay here again. Don’t stay on the 1st floor. Other floors / rooms better as of this writing.

    Food was great! Imane our waitress was wonderful

    The American Kitchen in the Renaissance Hotel in Orlando has great place to eat breakfast. We had their omelettes and they were delicious! They also have the cutest breakfast buffet served on a truck bed! Imane was our waitress and she was darling! She was very pleasant and personable checking in with us throughout our meal to be sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely eat hear again! That’s great
