B Resort & Spa is pleased to introduce its new restaurant, American Kitchen Bar & Grill. The new restaurant specializes in classic "comfort food" made with contemporary ingredients and replaces the resort's previous destination dining venue.
American Kitchen’s newly developed recipes look at the past and appeal to the taste buds in the present – designed to evoke the senses and change the way guests think of traditional American cuisine. Highlighting the restaurant’s industrial farmhouse vibe, the showpiece of the dining venue is a vintage 1951 Flatbed Ford that features an unlimited, all-natural salad bar and an interactive “selfie station” in the driver’s seat! On Fridays and Saturdays the slow roasted Prime Rib reigns king, with an all-you-care-to-eat option for those bold enough to try it. The bar boasts an eclectic mix of craft beers, small batch bourbons, and one of the largest selections of whiskeys and vodkas this side of the Mississippi.
With multiple seating options ranging from a large communal table to intimate booths to private dining room, American Kitchen Bar & Grill is sure to bring people together from around the world in an environment where everyone feels like they are part of the family.

Whether you are returning from a day of meetings or were out exploring the Walt Disney Resort and area attractions, B Nourished in the privacy of your guest room or suite with in-room dining service. B Resort & Spa offers guests a complete menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, as well as a selections of light snacks.
In-Room Dining is available from 6:30am - 2:00am daily.
- Pool BarYou'll want to B Seen at B Resort & Spa's outdoor Pool Bar & Grill. Featuring refreshing, ice-cold beverages, hand-crafted cocktails, and a light fare menu - it's a great place to B Social, B Relaxed, or B Refreshed.
- The Pick-Up
For lighter fare, The Pick-Up features a full coffee bar with pastries, croissants, muffins and doughnuts and also has full-service ice cream shop featuring hand-dipped cones and out-of-this world banana splits. Additionally, guests can choose from a large selection of delicious chips, sweets and various treats. In case you might have forgotten to bring sunscreen, The Pick-Up also has a wide variety of sundries and personal necessities.
Located on the lobby level of B Resort & Spa, the café can also be your one-stop shop for a quick breakfast or to stock up on snacks before heading out for the day. The Pick-Up features a wide selection of picnic packs, from family favorites loaded with American Kitchen classics to more romantic date packs with wine, cheese and pate. Feel free to give us a call in advance and we'll pack the perfect meal for your outing.

Guests need to have the Lyft app downloaded, then they can request the Minnie Vans anytime from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM. The stylish, red polka-dotted vehicles accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with 2 versatile car seats.
To select a ride:
• Confirm your current pick-up location.
• Enter your Walt Disney World destination and tap “Request.”
• The app will display a map tracking the vehicle en route and give you an identifying vehicle number to help you spot your car.
Pricing:
• Prices vary based on distance traveled from pick-up location to requested location.
• Total cost and payment is available through the Lyft app.

Nov 17, 2025Don’t keep their word
Had no hot water last night of my stay. Hotel was proactive and stated they would refund that night. More than a month later, refund has not been received. Phone calls are met with a busy signal and emails have received no response.

Be extremely careful with this hotel. We stayed in September and they asked for a credit card guarantee. They made continuous unauthorized charges, up to $800. We complained and they refunded us, but the same day we left the hotel, they made another large charge. I've called and emailed countless times and nothing has been done. Franchy Chatelier attended to us at the hotel. We called him, and when we identified ourselves, he said he wasn't a hotel and washed his hands of the matter. We will file a complaint if the money isn't refunded.

Nov 02, 2025Amazing Stay! Hidden Gem Near Disney
We had such a great stay at the Renaissance Disney Springs! Maisson, the manager, was absolutely amazing, so kind and accommodating with EVERY request we had (I am very picky, hotel employees usually are not happy with me). The whole team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a cleaning lady with short hair in the lobby of the hotel (wish I knew her name), she had a bag of chocolate with her and gave it to the kids, and the kids were looking for her every day. She was so nice and had a great smile every time we saw her. The hotel is super clean, modern, and honestly a hidden gem. We originally booked it because of the great rate, and I’m so glad we did. It completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the main tower in a Family Suite, because we were 5 people...it was amazing! The kids only wanted to stay in the room. Honestly, not sure what other reviews are talking about, but our experience was wonderful. We didn’t use the free bus provided by the hotel to the Park, but taking Ubers to the parks was super easy and about $15 each way. I booked in advance, so I don't get the surge prices in the morning or evening. The Breakfast was also great, and as a Titanium Elite member, the complimentary breakfast for two was a perfect bonus. I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels, and this one was such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Nice stay
Very clean hotel. The rooms were nice, updated and very clean. The front desk and bar staff were great! Perfect location and a quick walk to Disney Springs.

Perfect!
This hotel was immaculate and very reasonably priced. The service was accommodating . I certainly do not understand some of the negative reviews. I scoured the place looking for an imperfection and could not find one!
