Apr 01, 2026Terrible Service -8 messages no Response
We booked a hotel for New Years and canceled through hotels.com before the cancelation date. However, we were charged the full amount. We have been trying to get this resolved and have left multiple messages for George Jennis but have never received a response. Hotels.com stated the money was in process of being refunded. Contact hotel directly .. Out $600 for a hotel we never stayed in Terrible experience...

Mar 31, 2026My time at B OCEAN.
I had a great time at B Ocean Resort. Everyone was so friendly and informed about the area. Special shout out to Paris at the front desk,she was really helpful. I took her advice and got out to the beach early. We stayed all day. We had great chairs right in Front of the ocean. A perfect spring break.

We arrived a day late after a missed connecting flight from JFK due to the TSA delays. I had phoned the previous evening and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. On arrival and check in I explained the situation but the staff member could not find our booking. Having consulted the manager it was finally located. We got into our room late and my daughter went for a shower, it was filthy a wipe from one of the towels revealed hair and dirt from the previous guests. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned under the beds for some time and the dust and crumbs were visible without having to look. We were all tired and it was late so just went to bed, rather than raise it that evening. The Aircon in the room was extremely loud leading to a poor nights sleep. The following morning we went to the pool, the area was littered with used cans of alcohol, and food. The cushions for the beds were all wet and appeared to have mould on them, where they hadn’t been dried out properly. Finally on check out there was one person managing the process at 11am, the queue was 15 deep. I would suggest they pay a bit more attention to the basics of cleanliness and staff training

Recently visited this hotel for my mom’s birthday and we had an amazing time. I want to give a SHOUTOUT to the young lady Paris who works in the hotel lobby. Her vibrant and beautiful personality really made my day. Great customerservice

Nicholas is the man!!
Nicholas in the white shack helped me out with a football. He’s a great guy supports the community really well and it’s just a wonderful first impression of the resort
