Had an amazing stay
I read the reviews before we came, so the sticker shock of parking and drinks was dampened by planning ahead. Everyone on staff was very nice, helpful, friendly and our room was clean. We will definitely B back

Shows were a hit! The hotel - not so much!
Our contact Felicia was great! She was communicative, professional and prompt with answering any questions or concerns. However, I have some things to say about our hotel stay. Pros: Everyone truly enjoyed their brunch and the show (Saturday night also). The performers, servers and valet staff were phenomenal. That was the best part of our weekend. Beds were comfy. Coffee/tea in room was a nice touch. The Sunday brunch for $65 including bottomless mimosas and great food is worth it. We would return for that, and that alone. Cons: The hotel is very dated - and for $419 a night (we were charged $449 but when I showed her my reservation, she revised it)- needs some work. The lighting in the bathroom was minimal, the shower pressure was extremely low. The $39 "resort fee" per day which included towels and chaise lounges, were sold out both days (we requested and received a credit for one of the resort fees). We had no towels so my husband had to drive home to grab some (we live locally). The pool did not appear to be very clean, though we know there were a lot of people in it this weekend, so we chose to set up on the beach. The air conditioner in the room was inconsistently cooling. Our "stunning king ocean view" was not that stunning...it was more or less facing south and we didn't have a clear view of the sunrise upon awakening and had to lean over to the left to see it. On Sunday morning, we requested to be moved to a different room and nothing was unavailable (understandably with the Memorial Day weekend). At check out, there was so much confusion and incorrect charges to our bill, that it had to be revised 4 times. We would not stay at this hotel again, but would return for the show and brunch with friends or family from out of town.

Great location, great service!
The front desk service, the access to the beach, and all aspects were excellent! Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful, and we even saw a sea turtle nesting 5 feet away from us on the beach

Ahhh-mazing Hotel, Staff and experience.
I loved the quaint ship design at the lobby made me feel like I was on a cruise ...and comfortable beds, lovely views. The staff was ahhhmazing. I mean from Ashley at the front desk who gave me more than a million options on what to do around, to the lovely lady at the bar in the private pool area, two mai tai's and i was toast lol. They did not have what I wanted on the menu but a manager went out of his way to get me something close to what I wanted. Now to highlight of it was that I lost my debit card. It fell somewhere from my room to the pool and they found it. Mirza head of security personally delivered it for me and was so polite. I have to add that it pays to come with good vibes as well because that can be easily reciprocated. This was a work trip but I will make sure I come back with my girl friends for a nice lil get away. I highly recommend this place.
