Dec 24, 2025Rip off boring hotel
Well, I wished we had just paid for a cheap hotel pre cruise. Sole less place. Awful acoustics in main lobby. Can’t hear yourself speak as it’s all tiled floor, and very noisy. Pay for your room and then get charged $43 “ resort fee” per night, for a pool and a beach. Room ok but quite spartan. Menu looked horrendous ( price and choice ) so ate out. Resort? Don’t think so.

Bradley and James gave cheerful, friendly, and competent service and made us feel welcome while keeping us stocked with towels and margaritas.

Our room was upgraded and had great view of the ocean and intercoastal. The room looked like it was recently updated/refreshed. The quality of the update was not top quality and did not look professionally done. The tp holder was installed upside down and was not secured to the wall very well. There were other things that were subpar as far as the updates but those didn't affect the function. One annoying thing was the thermostat would shut the A/C off on what I think was a timer or maybe at a certain time everyday. The hotel was clean as was the room. Hotel staff was very nice, especially the front desk clerk (Zach) that checked us in when we arrived at 11pm. Zach was very nice, funny and gave us an upgrade to a high floor corner room which had a great view. There was no suit case stand in the room, not sure if ours was just missing or none of the rooms had one. Besides the restaurants in the hotel nothing was close, 15 to 20 min walk to get to shops and restaurants. Not sure if I would stay there again, just for the fact of the "walking score" other than that it was nice. The pool design was not resort quality. The pics online looks nicer than it actually is in person. The pool was very cold and didn't seem heated at all. If you are a pool person and not a beach person, maybe look elsewhere. Hotel management Expect/demand better quality from the contractors that work on your property.

Successful event!
Attended a holiday party at B Ocean, had a great time. Maria from events is amazing, she truly made me feel special and took great care of us. Definitely would recommend this venue.

Great Resort & Outstanding Beach Service
We had a fantastic stay at the B Ocean Resort. The property is beautiful and the beachfront location is perfect. A special thank-you to Bradley, who took amazing care of us on the beach. He was our point of contact for chairs, towels, and anything we needed, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable every day. Excellent service and a great experience overall. We would absolutely stay here again!
