Feb 01, 2026No elevator. Old.but clean comfy beds and decent breakfast
Hotel appears nice on outside. Check in was quick and friendly. But elevator still doesn't work. Had to go to 3rd floor with suitcases. Room and bathroom very dated. AC is super loud. It just squeals but the room is warm so you have to have it on. Fridge also makes a loud thumping noise evey hour. The loud AC helps drown that out though. Walls are thin. Was woken up at 5am by next door couple doing " the deed" which lasted the better part of a half hour. Breakfast was good. It was 15 min from SNA Airport so that was a deciding factor. Would I come back again? For the price, comfort and cleanliness and Breakfast? Probably so. But only because I'm still able to climb stairs with suitcases. Otherwthat would have been a deal breaker.

I've stayed in MANY Quality Inns and this one was one of the best. The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff had my room clean everyday, and breakfast was wonderful (especially Sunday!) | stayed for three days and got to know the staff a bit. There's a young man working the desk that is working his way up and was very professional (we had lots of laughs over my key issues). One of the front desk ladies, M, made me fresh coffee and brought it to me while I was doing work on the lobby table. I would definitely stay again! Only downside was a broken elevator but the repairmen were there working on it.

Ok, this place is an inexpensive bargain. I wasn’t sure if I’d made a mistake and gone too cheap but all was fine. Spencer at checkin Saturday was beyond excellent and accommodating. I asked to be on the first floor not knowing it was outside access which felt like a motel and hinky to me. He’d done everything and given me my keys etc then I asked for the third floor. Without even a hint of “are you kidding me” attitude he enthusiastically changed us to the third. The hallway on the third gave me a scare as the carpeting should have been replaced years ago. But once to our room all was good. Clean bathroom except that maybe someone dyed their hair and handled the blowdryer and stained the plastic. Bedding was nice, pillows great, mattress was great and we both slept perfectly. Black out pull down shade inside the curtains did their job. Breakfast was what I expected and we got outa dodge and on with our weekend plans. I’d say zero issues which truly is rare and the price was helpful in our current economy.

Value over reputation
The hotel is close to Disneyland, and in a safe business park location. staff is friendly and efficient. Property beat up and needs refurbishing. Pool area good. Breakfast was the standard waffle and scrambled eggs so familiar to all. Good value is the reason to stay.

Budget hotel but serves its purpose
Stayed here for 10 nights to start our West Coast driving holiday and to visit Disney. Rooms are clean but very dated. Housekeeping only happens if you ask for it but you are told this at check in. Breakfast is adequate but is the same every day and the breakfast area gets very busy as it’s very small.
