Great stay!
Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff! Check in was very smooth. We were greeted with a genuine welcome. The bar is very pretty and the bartender’s drinks were on point. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Housekeeping are thieves!!
We recently stayed there and left some very sentimental items in the room. We spoke with staff and they assured us they would return items to no avail. Super disappointed and would never trust this place again. Left messages with no return phone call.

I will never stay here again. Not worthy of the Ayres brand name.
I am an awards member of Ayres and wanted to give this place a try after a long international flight instead of nearby airport hotels. I was in a courtyard room, which was super quiet, considering that the hotel is almost touching the 405 freeway. The bed was comfortable, and dinner at the restaurant (not theirs, it is a third-party restaurant) was decent, but that is where the good part ends. The whole hotel seemed to running on a reduced budget, and it just felt like a nice hotel about to shut down. The furnishings were tired, the staff were all trainees, and everyone seemed to be figuring out how to run their stations. There were scant bathroom supplies, none of the little items that other hotels provide. I had been traveling for a month, and the difference here was notable. It could have been just ok, but then... I wanted to relax in the room, sleep off jetlag, and have room service breakfast. They don't really have a restaurant of their own, and apparently, room service is run by a third party who refused to answer the phone. The phone would ring, someone would pick up without answering, and then send the phone to a busy signal. After 15 minutes of working with the front desk, thinking it was a phone issue since the phones in the room are circa 1970, it came down to the front desk having to walk over to the room service call person, ask him to pick up the phone, then transfer me to him directly. He answered the phone with a brusk, angry "hello". I wasn't sure who I was speaking to. He didn't say "room service" or anything. I asked him if this was room service and he gave me an angry "Yes, what do you want?" At this point, it was clear he was super mad and that is not someone I wanted to order food from, so I gave up and called the front desk to report the problem. Their response was there was nothing they could do since it is a third-party service. I want to caveat all of this by saying that the hotel seemed almost deserted, so it was not a busy day for the front desk or the room service attendant. I was too hungry to stay in the room, so I just packed up and checked out, looking for breakfast and vowing that I will never stay here again and making sure that I warned others who might be hoping for a nice stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise the hotel that if you contract with a third party to provide room service, which you advertise, you should be responsible for the service and not pawn it off on others. There is no room service at your hotel, and you should stop advertising it, or fire the contractor who refuses to do their job and damages your brand.

Nice Clean hotel
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy, plus extra pillows were a plus for us. Located close to the airport and our destinations. Only one restaurant in the hotel that was pretty expensive was the only downside.
