    Best Experience

Registration was quick. The lobby was very clean. My room was amazing. The pool area was great, very spacious. Food was great, best wings I’ve had. The staff was great, very friendly & eager to accommodate. Dj on Saturdays is great, he knew how to get the crowd going & family participation.

    Good location

This is in a good location. The room I had was a king size room in block 3. The rooms were clean & the cleaners were very friendly got fresh towels every day. We were by I ride 14 bus stop. The pool was really busy so didn’t use it. I asked for a late checkout & it cost an extra $60 to check out at 3pm. Lots of parking spaces & each block has a laundry room costing $4.00 to wash & $4.00 to dry clothes. You can enter the laundry room with room key. Basic tv channels. The only thing that I didn’t like were they the rooms had adjoining doors & you can hear everything. People getting drunk & talking on the landing. I didn’t see any security you can just drive in without anyone checking if you are staying there. Otherwise is is a good motel to stay at if you are out all day & use room to sleep & get ready in.

    Honest review without drama

Okay so I stayed here for 12 nights. Originally I was booked to Avanti palms up further but I changed hotel three weeks out due to horrific reviews and picked this because reviews were slightly better. Okay first impressions. Reception area was modern clean. I was worried about the 2 hr wait time from reviews but as my above title no dramas or exaggerations I arrived around 7 pm with no queue. Check in was quick and to the point. Can’t remember name of person but she wasn’t overly nice or friendly but wasn’t rude. Just to the point. I was on the road 12 hours so I didn’t care. I just wanted my room. Room was basic but did the job. Yes it’s old style Stoney walls you would see in an apartment in Spain in the 90 s. But the beds dresser and floorboards were new. Tv was modern and decent size too. Yes my socks were black from the floor but i lived with it. And to be honest in Europe we wouldn’t go around a hotel room barefooted anyway for extended time. You could pay 30 dollars though if u wanted ur room deep cleaned. I didn’t bother. There was a decent fridge. Beds were comfy. Hairdryer. A nice dresser. Coffee machine was naff though. Air con was loud but it worked well and was well needed. The pool area was good. There was a bar there but I didn’t buy anything there as the prices were ludicrous and i do mean ludicrous. I brought my own cans in. I have never seen a hotel with so many rules but no enforcement whatsoever. Yes smell of majurana everywhere but i was in a upmarket 4 star in Spain last year and the smell was everywhere there too. The hall areas were definitely outdated and needed renovations but i overlooked it and i give a 4 star review for the following reasons. Price and location. 700 bucks for 12 nights before tax. You wouldn’t get a hostel in Europe for that. I see the previous reviews and these people are just some c u next Tuesdays who want to spend 2 star money and receive 5 star treatment. They can bugger off. A Uber driver told me in America you get what you pay for and that the above price I am happy to give 4 stars based on that.

You get what you pay for

this is an affordable 3 star hotel located in the centre of I drive walking distance to restaurants, shops and everything u could need. the room is basic but does exactly what you need. we were in block 2 in a room with 2 double beds. the room has a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge all which worked perfectly well. the pool area is nice bed were plentiful but shaded areas are very limited. this has been mentioned in many reviews over the past few months and no extra umbrellas have been added. it would have been particularly beneficial as it was 36 the week we were there. the cleaners came every day and towel change was competed every day. the floors are as preciously described they leave you with black feet! but for the price of the room and the location you just sick it up. it's not the ritz but does what it says on the tin. re previous reviews and the smell of marijauna, it's there but it's everywhere in florida!! the big question is would I go back and the answer is no I'd look elsewhere

    Never again!

When we arrived after a nine hour flight they could not find our booking, then tried to blame Vigin holidays for the error. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes while they sorted our rooms. We did not receive an apology. First impressions of the rooms were good considering the price, all appeared clean with plenty of towels. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud in all three rooms we had booked. The hotel backs on the a very busy motorway which was busy all through the night. If there was double glazing it was useless the outer door had a gap in it when closed which also did not help the noise levels. I would have slept better next to an airport runway. The shower curtain had what appeared to be a lipstick stain. Behind the door in the bathroom was brick dust and the floor tile was stained. The bath and tiles had been painted over poorly and both and tiles were stained. There was also a cracked tile. The wardrobe shelf was not suportrd on one side and was therefore wonky and unusable. The floors were dirty with our feet constantly filthy from the floor. There was often a strong smell of cannabis in the walkway outside our room, this was very unpleasant. I was not going to complain as this is a budget hotel. The final straw was that on our last night we were woken in the middle of the night by someone deciding to have a large gathering from 1am then playing music at 3am in the morning When we were leaving the hotel I told a hotel receptionist of the party and then of the other issues we had and did not receive a very good or appropriate response, I felt very unheard.
