Horrible swimming pool. Doesn't get cleaned, full of sand and water, its disgusting! Should use resort fee's to hire a pool cleaner. No outside drinks or food allowed at pool side,! They police it well so you spend on the over priced drinks at the bar. I think this is ridiculous after paying expensive resort fee's. Only hotel I know of in Orlando that does this ( I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Orlando) Great location and rooms are clean. Would I go back , definitely not!

Well situated hotel close to some lovely restaurants and the I ride stop is just a minute away which takes you to both sets of outlets and also Sea World/Aquatica. The pool area is beautiful, our pool was heated in November, always plenty of sunbeds and complimentary towels. The rooms have all undergone a nice modern refurbishment. My only gripe is that they are only serviced every 4 days. However we did ask at reception and it was not a problem to get daily housekeeping organised at no extra cost for a quick room refresh which included fresh towels, bins emptied, bed made up and floors brushed. Reliable courtesy bus runs to the parks daily. You only have to give 2 hours notice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Says renovated but it’s only patched up and not modern at all. No value for money. What is shown in the pictures online speak luxury but amenities are below basic

Motel rather than hotel location & pool great but rooms not so good, dies have shuttle service to parks tho which is a bonus

Great place to stay
Lisa at the front desk was amazing and extremely accommodating absolutely made the check in experience a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again.
