Dec 17, 2025Welcoming, very clean, you'll enjoy your stay
The entire experience from the initial phone call to checkout was nothing less than perfect. Very helpful desk staff arranged for a couple of us to have rooms right next to each other (one member of our party has residual health challenges resulting from prior cancer treatments, and sometimes needs assistance -- thus the need for close proximityto each other). Very cheerful, friendly, helpful desk staff. Diamond was particularly helpful in securing our rooms & with our parking situation. Trinity was just as welcoming, cheerful and friendly when we officially checked in. As far as we can tell, the entire hotel is immaculate. More than a friendly staff, we look for cleanliness. Our rooms were immaculate -- actually, as far as we could ascertain, the public areas are clean and shining! Although there was no meat of any kind (bacon sausage, etc ), the breakfast (which was included in the stay) was varied and plentiful (cereal, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, waffles muffins/breads, a variety of juices coffee, hot tea, etc.). All in all, we had a wonderful stay in very clean rooms, engaging friendly staff, comfortable lobby and breakfast area. Don't hesitate to stay here. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from us!

Good
Location is ok just on a busy road. Its quiet in the hotel. The traffic noise isn't good. Rooms good but the shower could use a scrubbing on the bottom. They need to add a towel rack by the shower.

Shame what I had to go through with this manager Husnain Malik and his sister. These people charged me an extra 11 days on a technicality that I didn’t physically checked out.(which is on me) but I’m now down $1379.20 and i told the staff on the phone about the situation and how i couldn’t pay my deposit for the place i moved into and fast forward i won’t be getting my money back . I called corporate and I called my bank to get this situation resolved but nothing can be done about it. A month later I finally get in touch with the manager for him to tell me I didn’t check out so I’m being charged the remainder of the reservation. Great hotel, very clean , but this is by far is the worst and most inconvenient situation by a hotel I’ve ever been in. Make sure you physically go down and check out so this doesn’t happen to you.

I often travel to Manassas on business and have found LaQuinta to be a reliable and safe haven for my trips. The staff is welcoming and professional and the hotel is always very attractive, from the lobby to the rooms.

Frequent traveler highly recommend.
Spotlessly clean and quiet. Location great to restaurants and stores. Breakfast area immaculate and good. We travel a lot and and would stay here again
