Location is ok just on a busy road. Its quiet in the hotel. The traffic noise isn't good. Rooms good but the shower could use a scrubbing on the bottom. They need to add a towel rack by the shower.

Shame what I had to go through with this manager Husnain Malik and his sister. These people charged me an extra 11 days on a technicality that I didn’t physically checked out.(which is on me) but I’m now down $1379.20 and i told the staff on the phone about the situation and how i couldn’t pay my deposit for the place i moved into and fast forward i won’t be getting my money back . I called corporate and I called my bank to get this situation resolved but nothing can be done about it. A month later I finally get in touch with the manager for him to tell me I didn’t check out so I’m being charged the remainder of the reservation. Great hotel, very clean , but this is by far is the worst and most inconvenient situation by a hotel I’ve ever been in. Make sure you physically go down and check out so this doesn’t happen to you.

Business in Manassas
I often travel to Manassas on business and have found LaQuinta to be a reliable and safe haven for my trips. The staff is welcoming and professional and the hotel is always very attractive, from the lobby to the rooms.

Frequent traveler highly recommend.
Spotlessly clean and quiet. Location great to restaurants and stores. Breakfast area immaculate and good. We travel a lot and and would stay here again

You'll REGRET this one!!
Who wrote all these fakereviews? This place is GROSS. Ceilings is peeling in our bathroom and smells like moldy gross air. There is no fan in bathrooms = guaranteed mold. The location, restaurant, convenience, safety and nightlife notes are so obviously fake. This location SUCKS. Directly off of a main road that always always has heavy traffic. Takes FOREVER to just get in and out of hotel. Bordered on both sides by low budget used car lots. There is ZERO that is nearby. The closest grocery store is 10 mins or so. You want to switch rooms because yours smells like mold and got like no housekeeping before you checked in, too bad! There is no manager. If you need one, there's a manchild (does not dress, act, present, or in ANY way deserve to be a real manager) that is even worse than hotel. Been here for 6 hours and regret every one of them. Eww eww eww and eww.
