Brilliant
We had an incredible stay at Atlantis, The Palm, and it truly lived up to the hype. From the moment we arrived, the scale, service, and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our stay. What really sets Atlantis apart is the experience. Aquaventure Waterpark being included is a huge bonus and easily one of the best waterparks we’ve ever visited. The Lost Chambers Aquarium is equally impressive and perfect for a more relaxed day. There’s genuinely something for everyone, whether you’re travelling as a couple or with family. Dining options are exceptional, with a wide variety of restaurants catering to all tastes. Every meal we had was high quality, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. Yes, Atlantis is a big resort, but it’s incredibly well organised and never felt overwhelming. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel that delivers on service, facilities, and memorable experiences, this is absolutely the place to stay. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Great experience made even more exceptional by 2 members of staff Ujin (spa) and Abdullah (transportation)
I spent 9 days at the hotel and it was truly magical from the hotel, the food and the amazing staff. 2 staff members stood out for me: Ujin (not sure of spelling) who gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She was so kind and very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and really helped with back pain. And there was Abdullah in transportation who drove me to the airport. Wow what a gentleman. Had absolutely great conversations with him. He was so kind and extremely professional. Thank you to you both for making my stay at the Atlantis even more enjoyable. God bless you

An absolutely outstanding experience at Atlantis The Palm. The Kids Club is exceptional — a special thanks to Francis and Yang for their professionalism, genuine care, and constant attention to the children, who felt welcomed, happy, and perfectly looked after at all times. A truly well-established reference for families, also thanks to the incredible water park, which is both exciting and perfectly organized. The Imperial Club is a real highlight: impeccable service, outstanding attention to detail, and a level of care that truly makes a difference. The room, housekeeping, and overall cleanliness were flawless, and the dining experience was equally impressive, with excellent restaurants and an outstanding, attentive staff throughout the resort. A truly unforgettable stay that confirms Atlantis The Palm as one of the finest luxury family destinations in the world. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
