Great Location of Atlantis, The Palm on Crescent Road. the view in the evening before the sunset is amazing, you can visit for sunset here.

Comfortable stay, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel offers a very comfortable stay with clean facilities and attentive staff. Service was efficient, welcoming, and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly return.

Best hotel in Dubai
Absolutely love this hotel, 4th stay here and each time it just gets better. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The house keeping staff are lovely, they look after your every request, nothing is ever any trouble for them. The breakfast is amazing with loads of choice, which is always important! The water park is great, with the cleanest public toilets you’ll ever come across! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai. Just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff at Atlantis, especially in the imperial lounge, you’ve been fabulous.

Family Cabana experience
We rented a family cabana for the day which was a wonderful experience. Our experience was made even better by Lasto who was very nice, funny, and attentive. Lasto made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire time. A highlight of our stay!

Great time at great place, but best of all: great people!
Spent a week at the Atlantis and had a great time with the family. But as always it is the small things that matter. The details that sets a place apart, builds excitement and impresses. A lot of those things happened. One that was extraordinary was our guest room valet, Niranjan, who besides leaving our room clean and in perfect shape, left us small ”towel animals”, adored by our kids. Thank you to the management and team at Atlantis and an extra big thank to Niranjan!
