Room Service
Raza ul konime was so kind to our daughter, making her towel animals & giving her plush toys. He didnt like to hear her cry so he was always making her smile.

Thank you Atlantis Kids Club
It was very nice and best kids club Ayesha and Isma have been too and all the staff was very kind and friendly. Specially Dudu who helped them through out in our 6 days of stay. Hopefully we will visit again soon, thank you.

Unsatisfied
We are regular guests of Atlantis the palm and Atlantis the royal since 10 years and we were told that there are no tickets for Gala Dinner under the stars this year although we stayed for 7 nights during the Festive week and the guy at the reception promised us at the check in! we are very much dissapointed and unsatiafied !

Great service!
Razaul korime has made our experience exceptional. He always goes out of his way to make cute animal creations using towels for our children everyday. He constantly checks in to make sure we have everything we need. He always has a warm smile and makes our day!

Disaster
It was disappointing. The staff lies to clients and does not care about them. have been a loyal guest since 2014. I booked the stay for 7 nights and wanted to buy 4 tickets for NYE under the stars like i’ve been doing for years. During check in i was sure i was paying for the stay and NYE with maroon 5. I asked multiple times if its correct. When i came to the booking centre to check my seats staff told me i dont have any. When i asked if i can buy anything i could not. I asked the receptionists, concierge, and booking centre for help. They didn’t really care. Even tough i was lied to.
