The hotel was great, esp for the kids.the waterpark was so fun. We made sure we made the most of it. Went there everyday for 2-3 hours. The lounge was awesome: breakfast , tea and happy hour. Overall , great experience. Did jot eat at any restaurants at the hotel. Too pricey for the quantity . Got great tasting food out of the Atlantis .

Service and attention to detail 5 star
We had a beautiful romantic anniversary holiday in the regal suite that was incredible the staff and service were great with the attention to detail and making us feel at home during the festive season. Thank you Subhadra for always being of great service to us. Paula & Michael

Christmas time at Atlantis
The kids club is out of this world, with special notes for Tabby, Thalia, Ryana and Lorie who made our children have the most amazing holiday and experiences. We asked our children, “how would you improve Atlantis and the kids club?” They replied, “to stay longer next time”! We will be back, without hesitation!

Dec 23, 2025Luxurious Hotel But Holds Security Deposits For Many Weeks
I stayed at Hotel Atlantis for a week with my friends. The hotel and my room was truly luxurious and the decor of the hotel was truly breathtaking. What I really liked the most was my king sized room and the lovely room valet Saikat who took care of my room. The room was cleaned twice a day and Saikat would go through great lengths to make my room cosy and welcoming by leaving lovely towels shaped like an animal or accessorising my electric extension cables with cute toy organisers to keep electrical items safe. The hotel has one of the best 'breakfast' buffet I've ever had in my life and I have travelled to many resorts all over the world. The breakfast was equivalent to dinner with international cuisine of countless delicious dishes. It was the first time I witnessed a complementary champagne bar fir breakfast! Unfortunately the downside to this hotel is the super expensive holding deposit the receptionist take from credit cards during check in. I was made to pay a security deposit of around £1250 which was not officially charged from my card but was pending. Nevertheless it was a large amount and it significantly reduced my credit card limit available for spending. When I checked out I was told the holding deposit would be removed/cancelled from my card within 2weeks. It has now been 4 weeks and despite sending multiple emails they have not removed the holding deposit. This is unacceptable from a top class hotel and such practice of taking holding deposit from customers should be abolished, given that customers have already paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel plus most customers like myself pay for extra amenities either at the location or at check out. Hotel Atlantis seriously needs to look into this as it does cause unnecessary hardship on customers financially. Overall a beautiful, luxurious hotel with excellent cleaning staff but disappointing customer service and unfair extortionate charges such as holding security deposits that take too long to cancel

Amazing as always
It’s our 9th time in this hotel. Amazing as always. Very grateful to Madan Mosharaf for keeping our room clean and cosy. The food is amazing, service is impeccable and we are already planning our next trip.
