Great food, great atmosphere, excellent service
Just came back from Atelier where we celebrated my birthday with friends and family. Everything was top notch and all the staff were very friendly. I do want to give a shout out to Jessie, Carlos and Brandon (I hope I got their names correct). These individuals went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable.

If you want to spend your vacation dealing with maintenance issues, this is the resort for you. We had multiple problems in our room—AC issues, lights and the TV turning on in the middle of the night, and a TV remote that didn’t work properly. Instead of relaxing, we were constantly dealing with maintenance. Also, save your money and skip the swim-up room upgrade. The pool water is very cold and not comfortable to use, so it ends up being a waste.

Atelier Playa Mujeres - A dream vacation
Our experience at Atelier Playa Mujeres. While the beach was experiencing high seaweed levels, the impeccable service we received made us forget about the beach and just enjoy our time. We booked a swim out suite which was worth every penny. Yareni and Rodolfo provided excellent service during our stay, ensuring our dinner reservations were covered, notifying us of daily events, and event seeking us out to make sure received vouchers for the VIP lounge at the airport before our departure. They made every part of navigating the expansive resort easy. Jorge and Alberto at the Inspira pool were standouts. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of during our time at the pool, going above and beyond with drink recommendations. All the food in the restaurants was fantastic, with Cilento and Abrazos being highlights for us. The evening entertainment was extremely enjoyable and we loved dancing the night away at the Cielo bar. It was our first trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres but I’m certain it won’t be our last. We are already dreaming about our next chance to come here.
