    Top Notch Resort - All Around Great

    Came here for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had a group of 14, some people stayed three to four nights, while we and a few others stayed six nights. The resort is extremely clean, well-maintained and overall very nice. We went to all the restaurants, including the Michelin star place that was out of pocket. Didn’t have a bad meal and even the buffets were really good. If you’re looking for a resort, that is an all night party this probably will isn’t the place for you. The demographics seemed to be 30 and over. Staff are extremely friendly, nice and sincere. We did not do the Inspira package and had an ocean view room. However, since the building with the rooms runs perpendicular to the beach and shore, some rooms in the ocean view building are a little less oceanfront than others. So if you’re expecting to walk out of your balcony and hear the sounds of water, you might be a little disappointed. All the bars have brand name alcohol and not the knock off labels. At dinner, they push the out of pocket bottles of wine, which are overpriced and not worth it, just order by the glass. The pools are large and well-maintained. My wife and I have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic and this one is hands-down the nicest.

    Worst experience of my life

    We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. Booking anything at a time you like is impossible. Food, average at best. This is far from a relaxing hotel. Full of loud extremely drunk guests. Unless you pay for ‘inspira’ you’ll be treated as second rate and poor. you won’t be allowed to use any of the good pools, beach beds etc. upon filling out our first night questionnaire, we were bombarded with phone calls which twice woke me up (8:30 am and 11pm) This is essentially a ‘PARTY’ hotel Would NOT recommend

    EL INSTANTE PHOTO AND CINEMA STUDIO

    I proposed to my girlfriend on this wonderful trip. I have to give an excellent review to El Instante Photo & Cinema Studio. The photos from this memorable moment are AMAZING! Highly recommend using them if you are planning something special!!

    Second Time Around

    My second trip to this hotel!! A beautiful place to stay. Great accommodations, friendly staff good gym and the food for all inclusive resort was the best. 5 stars. My receptionist Alicia was great with my check in and my check out experience. My butlers Dominigo and Alejandro assisted with my dinner reservations and any hiccups with my room ( the roof top jacuzzi needed attention) this was addressed immediately. My experience overall was great! Highly recommend.

    Alejandro - Mixologist

    Alejandro is a Master Mixologist! We encountered him at the main bar. I recommend you see him for a cucumber martini, a smoked old fashioned or a manhattan. He even made a rusty nail taste amazing! The main lobby is beautiful and the cheese crisps, olives and warm pumpkin seeds are a nice touch.
