We had the most wonderful stay and cannot speak highly enough of your property. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend you to friends and colleagues for any future visits. A special mention must go to Shawn at the front desk, who was truly exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely warm in all of our interactions. His friendly and professional approach made such a positive impression on us. What stood out even more was watching him engage with other guests—every single person walked away smiling, which really speaks to the level of care and service he provides. It was an absolute pleasure to witness. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after, and that feeling continued throughout our entire stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it made for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Leaving was genuinely difficult, as we had such a fantastic time. Thank you again for such a memorable stay—we are already looking forward to returning.

The staff are all super friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is an amazing location, you really cant beat it as it's directly across from one of the best beaches. The hotel is quite dated, rooms are small, but have just what you need (mini fridge, bathroom, bed, and TV). The room cleaning is wvery 3 days which I found not adequate, every other day would be nice, daily ideal of course. You were able to get fresh towels daily, but you had to go downstairs and ask. We chose this hotel based on its location and as I said above, you cant beat it. We stayed as a family of three, with a young child.

I am writing to formally request a refund based on the significant issues we experienced during our stay, which resulted in us not receiving the services and amenities we paid for. For the first four days, the elevator was out of service. We were staying on the 9th floor, and I was there with a disabled person, making this not just inconvenient but unacceptable. Additionally, the hot water did not work for two days, and there was a power outage during one of the days. These are essential services that should be consistently available and are a fundamental part of what we paid for. We also did not receive several advertised amenities. The DVD dispenser was out of service for the entirety of our stay, and the complimentary water bottles that are supposed to be included were never provided. It was also clear that these issues affected multiple guests, as many others were visibly upset during this time. Furthermore, the “beach view” description is misleading. The wording suggests a front-facing ocean view; however, the room is positioned off to the side of the building, with no direct view of the ocean from the bed. Taken together, these issues represent a failure to provide the core services and amenities that were included in the price of the stay—specifically a functioning elevator, reliable electricity, hot water, and accurately represented accommodations. Because of this, we did not receive what we paid for. Given the extent of these deficiencies, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.

Do not stay here!
No working elevators and no hot water with a family member with a disability and they refused us a refund! Front desk useless. Rooms are noisy, showers tiny. No housekeeping. Sketchy people milling around the entrance. I get budget but not ADA non-compliant.

Excellent service kind caring staff who went above and beyond
This was our second hotel our first lost power and we were stuck on the 22nd floor...I have a bad heart and I could not do 22 flights of stairs so we quickly found accommodations with power...then as we arrived the circle lost power but that was OK because the staff found me a room on the 3rd floor instead of the 14th...the valet lugged our cases up and took the time to answer my questions on touring the island and check in with us on our adventures. The front desk was always kind and friendly. I will be back!!!
