Staff was very helpful and took care of all our needs. There was always water and tea to drink all day. Beach towels and chairs was at the front desk.

This hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. Gives the feel of staying in like Motel 6. Food trucks create noise all day and there are homeless people all over the place. Staff very friendly And they have a park where you can take your dog behind the hotel

Makamae from Big Island 💕
I’ve been staying at the Oasis Hotel for as long as I can remember! Aya, Yuta & Josh, an amazing Staff lead by an Incredible supervisor Aaliyah! Nothing is ever a bother or too much for them! This is the kind of Aloha spirit I wish I could take with me everywhere!

Apr 10, 2026Bad option for stay in Hawaii honolulu.
This hotel might seem like a reasonable option for you and family at first. But be aware, please spend that extra couple hundreds and make your stay in hawaii good. We stayed in this hotel in April 2026, the room service socks, behavior of staff is the worst. They dont do house keeping, we have to wait for almost 4 days for them to do house keeping. Else, you need to keep reminding them to do it. Coming to breakfast option, the continental free one included in your package, please dont count on it as they give plain bread in the name of it. There is no parking place, they will ask you to park outside in a public parking spot. So if you take a car you will need to figure that out. The worst part is swimming pool, they have a match box sized water pool calling it a swimming pool. Overall, our experience of stay here was terrible. Except for location everything else is horrible in this place.

Decent hotel for the price. Very good location and staff is great. The hotel is a bit older but very clean. Breakfast is very basic.
