Poor experience, worst Marriott I’ve stayed in.
In contrast to the amazing experience we had at Beverly Hills Marriot, we felt this hotel let down our trip. We stayed here because we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and going to Disneyland. The check in was just flat and the experience did not get any better. The second morning we were woken by loud music in the corridor. We thought it was a neighbour so tried to ignore it but after half hour I was really annoyed. I opened our door and to my horror, it was a house keeper blasting it on her phone. I’m shocked that she was so unaware how inappropriate it is when people are sleeping in the morning especially after a full and late finishing day at Disneyland. The room was also dusty and short of replenished supplies, of course again there was some attitude from the staff when we did arrange for some to be sent up. That night 00:30, we went to the check in desk to request a late check out which was technically a new day. There were four associates who were standing there talking and did not disengage until we said hello. They were all miserable, no welcome and smile. A taller big guy with glasses spoke to us whilst the others hovered waiting to continue conversation. He said we would need to come back later to find out about late check out even though it was already the next day. He didn’t even say thank you or you’re welcome after his sentence. Just continued back to chatting with his colleagues. Nor did any of them say thank you or acknowledge us. We saw him the next day, same thing, couldn’t even manage half a smile. Considering this is meant to be a Disney Good neighbour hotel, there was really no excitement or level of service. Although we had said it was our anniversary there was no energy or even any form of gesture received. Our actual anniversary was on the 03.08 and I was really disappointed in the lack of any enthusiasm although our travel agent and we had notified the hotel ahead of time. On the last night, we ordered McDonald’s and wanted some sauce for it. Comically, we laughed about what they could possibly get wrong now, and of course they did not disappoint. We asked for Mayo and BBQ which they said they would bring up, of course they brought up Mustard instead. If you like a front desk devoid of any energy or quality level of service then feel free to book. Otherwise avoid.

Perfect location and hotel for Disneyland.
Ideal location for Disneyland. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Reception provide you with washing detergent if you need to do laundry. There’s a local food court that was perfect for families. Staff were very helpful including valet

Do yourself a favour and find an alternative if you want to get any sleep
This was hands down the worst Marriott we've stayed in. The walls are paper thin, we were disturbed by the alarm of the room next door, and if that wasn't bad enough housekeeping left the TV on the constant loop of the Marriott Bonvoy advertising until the small hours of the morning was only resolved by calling the front desk who got security to come up to the room and switch off the tv. We were here for a week and despite advertising a living area, this consisted of a SMALL table and a couple of chairs. Not enough room to unpack, we lived out of our cases as there is very limited hanging space and one drawer. The first few days of our stay it was impossible to get a sunbed due to an influx of visitors for an event at the conference centre, think of the worst noise you can imagine and multiply it by ten, and you'll come close to the noise in the pool. No lifeguards, kids jumping in and screeching for hours - enjoyable... not. Staff are not interested, don't book a vehicle from Hertz and expect to pick it up from the hotel - despite their being signs all over the hotel pointing to the non-existent Hertz desk. Hertz are no longer at this property and the closest one is just over a mile away. Really disappointed with this hotel, the only advantage was we have five day Disney tickets so were able to spend as much time as we could away from the hotel as possible.

New Favorite Hotel in Anaheim
Amazing service!! First, the hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. Service was spectacular throughout my stay. Hayley at the front desk was a sweetheart and knowledgeable about the area. She recommended local spots to visit while in town. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, where Vivienne was our server. She went above and beyond to offer service by the pool. (By the way, I recommend coming in early. The pool chairs tend to go quickly during the weekend.) The food was delicious. My favorites were the burger and the nachos with meat. The pool offered a variety of refreshing beverages. The pina colada and the signature Margarita were refreshing. The hotel also had a marketplace where you could find water, snacks, coffee, and breakfast to begin your morning. Also, the hotel has a pizza joint that opens later in the afternoon, around 3. Overall the trip was relaxing.
