Very Old Broken Down Beds
We’re trying to get a harder bed as this one they gave us is very old and sunken in and VERY soft. We’re at a convention so not able to switch hotels. They won’t help us even though we’re having horrible back aches from the broken down bed. They don’t have a better bed in this huge hotel????
Really expensive: breakfast can run $50, a bottle of water is $6, and slow wifi is $18 a day. By now, even a Motel 6 has free wifi. The stores for snacks are also expensive. No fridge in the room so you can't pick up cheaper food elsewhere. Also, I could hear the elevators running all night.
Great option close to Disneyland!
I stayed here for my trip to Disneyland and it's a great option that's only a short way away from the park. It was only about a $5 uber ride to the park. I thought about trying to use the bus or shuttle system but figured it was worth it to just take a rideshare. The hotel was very nice and everyone was super friendly! There was always someone to help. Having access to the concierge lounge is definitely worth it. The breakfast was great! And they also have snacks and desserts at different parts of the day. The only downside was that I was a few doors down from a very loud group and I felt like they were in my room at times. But besides that, I had a great trip and I would stay again.
Disney weekend 2024 in CA
Customer serivice at most of the Marriots has gone downhill!!! This Marriott is clean updated and has a great staff. Shout out to Mary Lou in the breakfast buffett. The food and her service was incredible. We really liked the vib of the new resturants and Cafe.
Slow Check in great weight room.
I have mixed thoughts about the Anaheim Marriott. Overall it was good but a few things stood out as areas they could work on. Check in was shocking slow. When we arrived there were three people in line. It took 30 minutes to check in. When we got to the front it was ten minutes just to check us in. We had no special requests, no room requests... we had reservations. They need to find a better process. The room was good, clean and quiet. However... and this is going to be the most seemingly petty complaint but the toilet paper was almost comically thin. I mean see-through thin. Which makes no sense because the towels were high quality the sheets, everything else seemed to carefully thought out. I have never noticed toilet paper before, but this was noticeable. On the other hand, got to make use of the fitness room and it was excellent... well maintained, clean.
