Not the same hotel. Shame on Disney.
We booked a family suite as a Disneyland Good Neighbor package which used to include a comfortable room and free cooked breakfast and parking. We got none of that although our initial package included it. Something has changed with this hotel and not on a good way. The rooms were clean but the door locks had issues. No microwave except a community microwave. The bathroom was clean and nice. The only option at this hotel was a King bed or two full sized although our initial package We booked back in January was for two queens. This option is no longer available. The full sized beds are lumpy, small and uncomfortable. We had to pay $25 per night to park and were informed that breakfast is no longer available to Good Neighbor package customers. E placed a mobile starbucks irder at the hotel starbucks? They not only deleted our whole order but for everyone that had placed them in the hotel. Very frustrating. I've stayed at this hotel twice before and rated it awesome but this time mediocre at best. Shame on Disney for allowing the amenities to be cut off by their partners.

Great Spot for Quality Service
I've stayed here on a few different occasions for solo travel/Disney travel/best friends trip. Since I always have exceptional service during these small vacations, it was the first hotel to come to mind when I needed to set up a room block for my best friends' wedding! Luis, Genevieve, and Rachel were so accommodating in helping secure and execute the room block. They even made sure the bride and groom were taken care of last minute in a beautiful large corner suite! Everyone we came into contact with between Starbucks, the bar, front desk, and housekeeping were very sweet and always had a smile on their face. Other times I've stayed here, I've had several team members remember my previous stays and welcome me back while referencing specific reasons I visited before. It's true, the rooms need a little TLC, but with the leadership and team engagement you can tell it's only uphill from here! Can't wait until my next trip to see all the familiar faces!

Terrible service
The hotel guaranteed a 4pm checkin. When they couldn’t achieve this they just said tough luck. What’s the point in a guarantee??? We had to book two separate reservations as we added a night to the existing reservation and they were unable just to add it on?? Then when we didn’t check out after the first night and check back into the same room, they threatened us with a late fee. I had to go to the front desk to check out and in because they needed a physical credit card for the new check in. Once down there they used the previous card on file??? The front desk person Camille was defensive and not trained in customer service Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it and I have to deal with them for another 4 days. Boo!

Showing Its Age
I’ve been staying at this hotel for a decade during business and pleasure trips. The hotel is fine, the Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. However, the hotel rooms are showing their age. The bed in particular was uncomfortable. New mattresses are desperately needed.

Another quick Disney stay
A 3 day stay to visit the Disney parks and escape the cold weather. The Anaheim area hotels have gotten too expensive so it was nice to find a reasonable rate using a combination of cash and points. The front desk was friendly and efficient- easy check in plus I had a problem getting signal on the TV and they resolved it quickly. Good breakfast buffet at this hotel and also a Starbucks on location (with breakfast sandwiches) is good if you are in a hurry. It's an easy 5-8 minute Lyft Ride to Disneyland Harbor blvd. drop off for about $7 plus tip. There are some comments about the wear and tear but frankly all of the area hotels are somewhat dated- with that in mind, it doesn't make sense to overpay. Good luck :)
