The hotel is nice. Overall, the room was pretty quiet. The doors slam hard, so that was kind of loud when people were getting in late. But, we could not hear people above us, which was nice for a hotel. The Disney shuttle was very timely and convenient. My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and there were some gross stains on the floor. There was also some garbage on the floor from the previous patrons. Considering the hotel is significantly higher than others around it and you have to pay quite a bit extra for breakfast & parking, I did expect a little more.

Dec 04, 2025Maids Steal With No Accountability
The suite was spacious though dated. The bathroom door opens inwards obscuring half of the open closet. I had brought an expensive cashmere jogging suit on my own wooden hanger and had 3 other nice tops hanging also. None of these were packed in my carry on so I overlooked them. Upon speaking with housekeeping they denied having them. When I called BS, the woman took my number and said she would call me back. I spoke to registration who put me through to the general manager. I left a detailed message. Neither called me back! Also, be aware that there are no security cameras in the hallways. The hotel is a maze so if your child goes missing I'd suggest getting the police involved immediately. I would definitely not recommend staying here after this expensive experience.

Outdated Disney good neighbor hotel
As a Disney good neighbor hotel, this is outdated and does not live up to what it advertises online. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling, the door knob is rusted, the windows are dirty, the tub is also dirty, the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The ceiling is also popcorn ceiling, it’s not a big deal..I just don’t like it. As far as customer service, the front desk was not very accommodating during check in and had a bit of attitude, but he must’ve had a long day so I can kind of understand. The shuttle is really an old school bus, not really what I expected. However, it was convenient to get picked up at Disneyland instead of parking which is why I gave the hotel two stars. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They need a major upgrade throughout the entire hotel. Disney shouldn’t really have this hotel listed as a good neighbor hotel.

We hosted our annual conference at the Majestic Garden Hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The location is ideal—close to Disneyland and some of the best restaurants in Anaheim. The overall cost for the conference, the venue, and the food quality was extremely reasonable. Debbie was incredible to work with and did a fantastic job helping us stay within budget. She, along with the entire staff at the Majestic Garden Hotel, was consistently kind, friendly, and attentive. This is truly the perfect spot for a company conference.

The staff there is amazing but this is a really bad hotel. I would not stay there again. The halls smelled like urine. The bathroom was disgusting and everything was really old and smelled of smoke. They can do so much more with this place but I dont know why they do not put the money into it.
