  Very clean safe welcoming hotel look forward to next visit

  Fabulous hotel, with friendly staff and excellent food and entertainment

  Absolutely fabulous hotel, had no idea there was such lovely places in Magaluf! We arrived at midnight a group of 7 and we're told we had a free room upgrade. Unbeknownst to us this upgrade meant we were entitled to preferred club benefits. This wasn't explained to us and it was only when we noticed our different coloured bands that we realised. This meant access to sugar reef and the palm pool where u could order off a menu for lunch and better menu choices in certain restaurants. But honestly it didn't matter as the food and drink was good enough on the normal all inclusive anyway. We didn't realise until we were about to leave for the airport that we could have had premium spirits also as as I say nothing was explained to us but it really didn't matter and didn't take away from the holiday. The preferred club lounge was good for mid morning snacks also and can take bottled water from there. The bar staff were so unbelievably friendly it was great, chatting away to us. And the entertainment team were the best I've come across, taking time to learn everyones names and so many people joined in all the activities it was a joy to see. I wa so surprised at the diverse range of people staying there, couples, groups of friends, families, older people, younger people, French, Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, all joining in and having fun it was fantastic. On our last day what looked like a Saga coach trip were checking in! Hotel was lovely and clean pools spot on, and the restaurants were fantastic. You can get a la carte even on the normal all inclusive and it's fabulous. Loved pinxtos which was the only one we ate at unfortunately. We plan on coming back next year it was so good! Location great also right at the bottom of the strip so walking distance and close to the beach for a walk along the promenade where there are many lovely bars and restaurants. I've been to magaluf 4 times previously and I do think it has changed for the better. Was so nice to see the strip really busy and with all sorts of people of all ages including families. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We come away every year and this has been the best yet. Next year will be 10 years since we started and can't wait to come back already

  Pretty average..

  Staff: Mixed feelings really.. Upon arrival we did not really feel welcomed. We had a somewhat confusing explanation of the hotel, went through the normal booking in procedure. We bought a drinks package with dinner which cost us 5 EUR per night/person. It was extremely difficult to flag down waiters for a drink which was frustrating. They were busy clearing tables for diners that they did not have time to look after their tables. After a few days we were joined by family members with children. They decided not to drink alcohol, assuming that at least a glass of water or soft drink would be included with their dinner. Little they knew that it was not the case, and they were charged with 3 EUR per soft drinks which I thought was a joke. However not all staff members charged for it which made it more confusing... Breakfast: Good selection, good coffee included in the price, the juices were extremely sugary, and needed to be watered up so we could drink them. The food was room temperature (eggs, sausages etc.) which I did not like, so I ended up using the microwave oven to warm up the food. Dinner: Again, room temperature food including chicken etc. which I found slightly concerning. The menu was pretty much the same every night, which got a bit boring after a few days. The main buffet restaurants were extremely busy and noisy and it was difficult to enjoy the dinner to be honest. I did not think too much of their so called a la carte restaurants. I hoped that the food would be better in these restaurants, but again it was not the case... Rooms: They were clean, and were attended every day without a fault. Entertainment: We stayed here for a week but did not really come across any entertainment other than adults playing waterpolo in one of the pools. Parking: We were told that they charge something like 23 EUR for a night for parking which is a joke. There is plenty of free street parking in the area, don't fall for this. Atmosphere? Non exsistent really... We treated this hotel as a base to sleep and eat and spent limited time here, as it did not give us any vibes unfortunately. Location: The beach is about 5-7 mins walk which is good. There are plenty of small shops in the area, as well as restaurants and bars. We stayed at Dreams before at Punta Cana and we hoped that it would be similar quality, but unfortunately this hotel feel short of our expectations.

  Not Dreams at Calvia only nightmares!

  We have come as a family of 5, 3 children and 2 adults, we have come as 2 families so 2 different rooms. We booked AI plus and we came 21st Oct and we are actually still here!! We booked as we came in 2022 when it was a new hotel; when we came in 2022 we were blown away with the food and drinks so we were super excited to come back again. Unfortunately, we shouldn't have bothered!! When we arrived we weren't told that the hotel was basically closed! Pools were shut. Restaurants were closed. Sunbeds were being put away! No umbrellas! No drinks! Coke running out! Food was actually ok the first and 2nd night then once everywhere was closed except for the main buffet it was just regurgitated leftovers, which was cold and salty and the buffet was like a school canteen. We complained to rep and we were given a voucher to allow us to have drinks that should have been paid for, but when we asked for these - aperol spritz, ameretto, Bailey's, hot chocolate, chocolate milkshake, we were told they had ran out!!! The hotel went from in 2022 being exceptional, to now feeling like we are in the way and asking for simple food and drinks was a burden. We appreciate it is the end of the season but we have paid our money and we simply aren't getting anything. There is also limited bar staff so wait times are ridiculous especially when the occupancy at the moment is probably about 10% as there's only about 100guests here at the moment. Entertainment staff have been great and the cleanliness is good. But other than that we would not come back here again, which is so disappointing considering we came back here based on the amazing experience we had in 2022. A very disappointing holiday and experience! Other than the company we should have saved our money!!

  Sea view was fantastic. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The staff was really cordial and helpful. The breakfast was very varied, though the quality wasn't the best. With three pools, many bars and evening activities, you could spend your whole holiday inside the hotel! But going out to eat would probably be for the best. The location of the hotel makes it almost imperative that you can walk 4-5km if you want to get to torrenova/palmanova, because it's located on the southern side of Magaluf.
