    Great choice

    The recent reviews had me a little worried about my stay but I am happy to say I made the right choice booking here! It is not a 5 star hotel and you can see the wear and tear of the property but it is clean, the location is AMAZING and the amenities are superb.

    Really nice hotel right in the middle of Waikiki beach

    This hotel has an ideal location in the middle of Waikiki beach. It's super clean and the rooms are quite large, however the bathroom is slightly small. The hotel can also use another restaurant. The pool is also quite nice. I highly recommend the beach front rooms. Sunset from there was amazing and well worth the extra money we paid for it

    Great value if you take advantage of all of the hotel facilities and services

    We stayed 7 nights as a family of three and had a partial ocean view room. Included in our package was access to the Longboard Club where we had breakfast every day and evening drinks (including finger food and freshly cooked pasta) which was great value. We also used the credits at a local beach equipment store. The hotel bar and pool area are really nice, and staff throughout the hotel are helpful. We also attended a couple of the complimentary hotel activities including lei making, which were great. Only feedback is the rooms are clean and well presented but are starting to look a bit tired. Be aware of the security of your personal belongings when you are in the hotel common areas and surrounding areas. There were two occasions where we were aware there non-guests near the pool or laundry areas.

    Louisiana takes on Oahu

    Definitely choose an upgrade to Elevate Your Stay. Well worth it for the breakfast, the drinks in the evening and the pasta/finger foods every evening. We will absolutely stay here again!! The staff was AMAZING!! The location was a half block off the beach. Close to everything. There is an ABC store on site.

    Not as we has hoped

    The hotel was fine. We felt that the website photos were generous as is the 5 star rating. The staff are lovely. Unfortunately, we received mixed communication between website, reception staff, and experience, making it frustrating to find a consistent answer to any questions. Concierge staff were always friendly but we found that there was always a reason why they were unable to assist us. Our travel package was through QANTAS and included our flights. Perhaps if we had booked directly through the hotel we would have had a different experience for our honeymoon.
