The price was very reasonable with the cyber sale and the parking being waived. It was extremely clean and the food was good in the morning. I would stay here again! Super close to Disneyland too.

Everything went okay, but they charge to have your car parked overnight, bad business not cool. Consider other hotel that provides parking for free because you reserved a room and expecting to arrived, park your car and get some rest for the night.

Perfect Location
This was our second time staying at the hotel and we love it! The staff are very friendly and the accommodations very comfortable. Its location is perfect for short drives to all our destinations; with plenty of restaurants & shops nearby for convenience. We will definitely be back.

The heart of Anaheim for a hotel!
Amazing hotel, clean friendly staff and good amenities. Patty at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and made me feel home away from home.

Disappointing experience
The gentleman manning the reception desk overnight and thus there at 6 am on Saturday morning, October 11, was a real disappointment and gave the hotel a bad name. When I came down, he was clearly glued to watching some kind of television show on his laptop. After informing him at 6:20 -- and clearly disturbing his television watching on his laptop -- that the coffee station was out of regular creamers and lids, he seemed annoyed that I was interrupting his entertainment and said "Well, the breakfast opens in 5 minutes and you can get what you want then." There is, I presume, coffee outside the breakfast room so that your guests can get coffee even when breakfast is not open. Not exactly the "get it done" or "let me help" customer service you would expect from a service industry. What made it worse was that it was not like he couldn;t get to it because he was helping some other customer or extinguishing a fire or something. He was just entertaining himself and I was in the way. [Plus, breakfast was still 10 minutes away, but that's not the point. And sometimes when people need to catch a plane (as we did) or other things, 5-10 minutes can actually be a big deal. But, God forbid we interrupt what he wanted to do in order for him to do his job].
