The trip was amazing, the staff was incredible and the beach was perfect even when there was a lot of sargrass the staff worked very hard to get it cleaned up everyday.

Nice Place to Stay
Playacar is a beautiful and secure area, and I really liked Allegro’s location within it. It is close to a small shopping center that includes a nice local bar (Barra Artesanal), which we enjoyed very much. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was respectful and friendly, which made the overall experience even better. I participated in activities such as pool Zumba and karaoke night, which were enjoyable. However, the hotel might feel a bit boring if you plan to stay on the premises for an entire week without exploring outside. As I am not particularly picky about food, I wouldn’t say the dining options were limited. That said, there is a noticeable issue with seating, especially during breakfast. The main restaurant is divided into three sections, and even combined, they are not large enough to accommodate all guests at once. Additionally, two of these sections are closed during breakfast, which further worsens the situation. It’s better to go early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Additional tips: I bought a gift from the hotel’s gift shop and was charged twice on my card, so it’s worth checking your receipt carefully. I did not notice any parking availability, so this might be something to confirm in advance if you plan to rent a car.

Great time at Allegro Playacar!
We love this place! Not fancy but the staff is so friendly and they take care of any concerns. The grounds are beautiful! The beach is beautiful. This year the sargasm seaweed was bad but they work all day to keep it cleaned up. We are vacation club members so we had the lovely services of the First Club. The First club staff Mayra, Hadt and Diana are so helpful and took good care of us. The bartenders Angel(he makes the BEST margarita !), Andres and Eder are amazing! They will make anything you want!

Great value
Allegro Playacar offers a great value in a very desirable location if you’re looking for a good facility with good location and good food and great service look no further. If you have HIGH expectations then you are going to have to dig a LOT deeper into your savings. If you have realistic expectations then you’ll find great value at Allegro Playacar
