Our stay was amazing! We got in on Saturday and left on Friday, and did all the things! Our front desk staff was inviting and welcoming. The tour desk was SO helpful and Dericka helped us the most (she was so amazing). We had so much fun and will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful friends and family Halloween trip at the Alexandra Resort. Our trip to Turks & Caicos was wonderful and the Alexandra Team made it extra memorable! Friendly staff, tasty meals, fantastic beach, newly renovated room and fun entertainment! Special thanks to: Tash, Cheeky, Coco, Barbie and Lettuce from the animation team. On the F&b side, thank you to Andres, Ronald, Mariechris, Sudion and Trishana. Huge shout out to Keshard Penn for organizing an amazing boat trip with Caicos Island charters. Communication was easy and quick. When the weather looked to be changing on us, he came back with reviewed schedule to ensure the best day trip possible! Amazing on all fronts!

I took a point away because 4 days into my trip housekeeping took my robe and never replaced it. BUT other than that, things were GREAT! Certain staff made it even better: Adden (Chief) Cheeky (Entertainment staff) Angela (Hostess) Rodan (Chief) Kimron (Entertainment staff) Shaq (Entertainment staff) Lettuce (Entertainment staff) ^^^^^^^Awesome all-around!! The one recommendation I would make is for the music to play more Soca and Reggae… ❤️

Staff made our time here great
Absolutely loved everything about both hotels, husband and I stayed at Alexandra but took a few trips over to the blue haven and both places was breathtaking, lovely properties but the blue haven is smaller more updated, properties so clean, quality service, staff very friendly, Alexandra had a lot of entertainment to offer especially in the daytime on the beach Cheeky, Kimron and the rest of the crew did great with the activities. When it comes on to dining at the Alexandra ensure to try the truck stop and the black rock restaurant the barbecue sauce used at truck stop was out of this world, Andy we loved her service, Nathaly and skyers by the coconut bar made us some great drink, skyers was hilarious, fun trip we never wanted this to end but Turks and Caicos will always be in our heart.

Beautiful and Amazing Staff
Amazing service! Amazing food! Most friendly and most helpful staff at any resort I have ever visited. Everyone goes above and beyond especially Razzor! Highly recommend! All the staff is smiling and accommodating! The 2 bedroom suite is huge!
