Alexandra resort Turks & Caicos
We had the most enjoyable vacation ever. From being greeted by the front desk and the bellman Carmel with the staff to everyone that works at this resort treating us so nicely. Andre’s took great care of us at the sushi restaurant & the resort. The entertainment group was phenomenal. Ace, Tish, Kimron, Cheeky & Sonise. They would always get us involved with whatever games were going on. We love to have a good time. We played games, trivia, bingo, water aerobics, swim contest, dances etc. Fontilia took good care of us in our room by always cleaning & giving us extra towels. We had a total blast. This resort is very clean. The tour desk was nice & helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing & we ate so good here. Fresh fruit, omelette etc. Loved the protein shakes, a so bowls, fresh fish , fresh chicken & best of all our bartender at the beach. I forgot her name. We love all of your staff. Thank you for a fantastic trip!! We will be back.

7/10 Spring Break
Cons: -The restaurant situation is pretty confusing. I would make reservations for your entire stay immediately upon arriving. You can always change or cancel, but better to have something booked. The buffet is not open every night, same with the beach grill. The sushi restaurant is actually inside the Fish Deck restaurant. If you want food from the beach grill, you actually place your order inside the Black Rock restaurant. The food truck area is also confusing- you can't actually go up to a food truck and order something. You have to be seated and they bring you a menu. -Service was very inconsistent. I tipped every single person very well, was very friendly and polite, and still felt I was being annoying whenever I asked for something. I actually didn't think they offered pool or beach service until halfway through the week because I never saw any. I was surprised when I was asked if I needed something to drink while sitting in my beach chair! -We had a 1 bedroom garden view. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were no kitchen or paper towels, or oven mitts. We didn't ever use the kitchen and I probably could have asked for those things, but it struck me as odd. Also, we had 16 wine glasses (yes, I counted), about 12 coffee cups, but only 4 very small regular drinking glasses. Maybe this was just unique to our unit, I'm not sure. Either way, bring a refillable water bottle! -Your room key is on the wristband you wear all week. This is fine, except our 13 year old daughter had a different color wristband (because of alcohol, makes sense) and there is no room key on those. So every time she wanted to go back to the room, my husband or I had to go with her to let her in. Pros: -The breakfast buffet is quite good. There's a big variety and they switch it up a bit every day which is nice. A couple of days they had breakfast burritos which were delicious. -The jerk chicken hut by the beach is delicious and you get really big portions. -The sushi restaurant, Dragon Orchid, is INCREDIBLE. By far the best meal we ate there. I actually tried to get another reservation during our stay but no luck. -It was really nice having a washer and dryer (bring detergent pods), as well as a second half bathroom. -There is no better beach on Earth than Grace Bay. It is absolute perfection. We only went to the pool once because the beach is so amazing. Plenty of chairs at both and my daughter loved the ocean trampoline. Beach towels are plentiful and very nice. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay at Alexandra, although I am not sure I would stay there again. This was our 3rd trip to Provo and I'd probably go back to Seven Stars next time. I did feel it was a good value for what we paid!

Perfect family vacation spot
Incredible spot for a family vacation. The ocean front rooms were huge and newly renovated and the views are absolutely stunning. It's hard to go wrong with a big newly remodeled room with a perfect location on one of the most incredible beaches you will find. Adrian in the main office and Forty at the beach went above and beyond though to make sure we had a spectacular trip. Walking up and down the beach and visiting friends at the Ritz, it's easy to say the Alexandra has the best beach chair set up we saw on Grace Bay Beach. Legit wooden loungers with cushions instead on plastic loungers with nylon at pretty much every other resort. We also really enjoyed the Fish Deck and Blackstone dinners. Great food and incredible settings especially around sunset. Also having access to Blue Haven resort was a great perk. We spent a full day there and went back for dinner and while we prefer Grace Bay Beach, the resort is contemporary and beautiful. It's a cool setting with the surrounding marina with mega yachts . Overall just an incredible vacation. Can't wait to go back.

Horrible!!!
Do not stay here! I have never written a bad review of all inclusive in 35 yrs of visiting Mexico every year. This is our first time to come to TC. Initially couldn’t get reservations at any restaurant for dinner for any night that we are here. Were finally able to talk to someone the first night and get into Fish deck @ 7:00. They ran out of food. On appetizer menu ran out of crab cakes and grilled scallops. Not informed until they brought appetizers out. I think there was only one other option. Ran out of creme brulee. It wasn’t even 8:00. Have to go out to eat every other night. At lunch they ran out of creole chicken at bbq. Difficult to get a chair on the beach. Lots of kids at the pool and difficult to find a chair there too. Couldn’t get a bicycle early in the morning. Didn’t replace water in refrigerator first day. Called front desk to request additional lounge chair for patio on first full day. Haven’t received it yet. I don’t know if other reviews are legitimate because our experience has been complete opposite of 4-5 star resort. More like a 2. Will never return.

Wonderful experience, very relaxing and accommodating resort.
Excellent resort, great service ! The people could not be nicer ! The restaurants are fabulous! Christina and Milan served us at Black Rock which was amazing. Extremely clean pools, rooms , and restrooms by beach. Plenty of activities and 5 min walk to town!
