The Alexandra Resort is amazing, the resort is beautiful, our room was amazing. The food, entertainment and staff were awesome. Lots to do and the beach / water is amazing, you need to experience it for yourself.

Best Vacation
Sadly, we are leaving today but had the absolute best trip! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jerry and Rodson were the first and last people we saw and we so helpful and friendly. Food was amazing and the views were breathtaking! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent resort and vacation!
My wife Luisa and I had another excellent experience at our favorite resort in Turks and Caicos. The staff was amazing and we have become friends with many of them. Some of the friendly and amazing staff are as follows: Shamika, Rosalinde, Cheeky, Judy, Early, Razor, Kimron, Christina, Ricar, Ramon, Majorie, Colby, Andreas, Michael, Farah, Gloria, Miss Lill, Stephen, Ace, Romaine, Barbie, Tash, Coco Mary and Diebon.

Perfect family getaway!
Just returned from a wonderful week-long stay here with my family (kids ages 9 and 6). The resort is stunning, on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The rooms are absolutely perfect for families. We did a deluxe one bedroom garden view and it was perfect! Kids had plenty of room to sleep on the pull out sofa bed and roll away bed in the living room. We had two bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the room which was a game changer for a family with young kids! We spent most of our days bouncing between the pool and beach and my kids were in heaven. We did do the 1/2 day snorkel trip with the Caicos Dream Tours - huge highlight as well as one day at the sister property which was fun but we didn’t feel we needed to go back. The staff at the Alexandra were incredible. Very friendly, kind, and helped us with whatever we needed. Big shoutouts to Ayasha who took fabulous care of our kids at the kids club, Sonise a great server at the truck stop, and Wilkens and Farrara who were great bartenders at the pool and beach bars who provided excellent service. My only wish is that they started the family entertainment just a bit earlier than 8:30. My kids really wanted to stay up for the family night activities (movie night, karaoke, etc) but they couldn’t stay awake that late to enjoy it. Shifting it to 7:30 or 8 would be helpful for families. Our only hiccup was at our departure. We scheduled a taxi for 8:30 am to get back to the airport and they did not show up until 9 am. Not the fault of the resort but maybe budget in some extra minutes in case this happens to you. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back for certain!
