    Christmas in San Pedro

    The hotel layout is beautiful, but the hotel is worn in! The staff is helpful and kind THERE IS NO BEACH AT THIS HOTEL You can see the beach, sit on the sand, but you cannot swim And while sitting on the beach, the smell of exhaust is nauseating from the boat traffic If you are a pool person this hotel is for you The food at the restaurants looks good but is very salty

    Fantastic

    I'd like to highlight several individuals who made outer stay fantastic! Keith-Taxi from Tropical Air, our round trip driver to Maxies, and Elvis. Eric- greetd us upon arrival and took our luggage to our rooms Front desk guy (forget his name but his energy was everything!! Our hotel serves- Heroz, Maria, Aron, Henry, Adrian, Dalia, Annette, and Ms. Vee, We'll definitely return!!

    Staff who will go the extra mile

    I went here for birthday trip with my friends and we had the best time. the staff was excellent starting with Eric with such a warm welcome and helping anything we needed, Jay with such a smooth and easy check in process, and Shanir with his suggestions on things to do around the hotel and on the island as well. The rooftop pool dining experience with jomar was excellent Overall my experience was pretty good the only negative thing I have to say is Housekeeping does a wonderful job getting the room together however they took our washcloths after service and did not replace them so every day we had to call to have washcloths sent to our room
