    Fantastic

    I'd like to highlight several individuals who made outer stay fantastic! Keith-Taxi from Tropical Air, our round trip driver to Maxies, and Elvis. Eric- greetd us upon arrival and took our luggage to our rooms Front desk guy (forget his name but his energy was everything!! Our hotel serves- Heroz, Maria, Aron, Henry, Adrian, Dalia, Annette, and Ms. Vee, We'll definitely return!!

    Staff who will go the extra mile

    I went here for birthday trip with my friends and we had the best time. the staff was excellent starting with Eric with such a warm welcome and helping anything we needed, Jay with such a smooth and easy check in process, and Shanir with his suggestions on things to do around the hotel and on the island as well. The rooftop pool dining experience with jomar was excellent Overall my experience was pretty good the only negative thing I have to say is Housekeeping does a wonderful job getting the room together however they took our washcloths after service and did not replace them so every day we had to call to have washcloths sent to our room

    We had an amazing time! The staff Elvis, Eric Mendez, Hezeron, Maria, Kaiden and Josea at the bar and Elba (sp) from house keeping. Thank you all so much. You made our honeymoon so special. We are I’ll definitely be back. To Kenrol and Nick… thank you for the special care keeping us safe and healthy. To the concierge staff. Thank you for answering my questions before and during the trip. The food was delicious. Rooms were super clean. Our needs and wants were always met. You made us feel at home!
