Find a better use for your money
Although location is its greatest strength—being connected to the Ala Moana Center and just a 5-minute drive from Waikiki Beach—this hotel has several issues, which I detail below: 1. The property blatantly ignores the fact that it belongs to the ALL Accor network, offering almost none of the loyalty program benefits such as a welcome drink, room upgrades, or early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability). 2. The staff is rude and poorly trained. This was reflected in their inability to explain discrepancies in the final bill and the fact that they left only two bath towels when we were a party of four. 3. Breakfast is expensive with poor variety and served by grumpy staff. 4. Parking is expensive ($40/day) and cannot accommodate the demand from hotel guests. 5. Hidden charges can increase your original bill by up to 30%. The 'included' breakfast covers only 2 people (not the 4 in the room), and the property adds another 20% in various fees not detailed prior to checkout. 6. The room had tiny beds, despite being advertised as Queen size, and the showers had zero pressure. 7. The front desk staff is lazy and indifferent; they couldn't even be bothered to call the room to let us know our Doordash order had been delivered. In short, there are many other options with better value for money in the Honolulu area and beyond—find a better use for your money.

Regular hotel.
This hotel was very convenient because its location, the room was ok, parking on premises is expensive but necessary, a mall center near the hotel with all you could need, a car rental inside the hotel and many more.

Unauthorized use of the card used for deposit
I paid the amenity fee when I checked in. At that time, I was also asked for a card deposit. When I checked out, I confirmed with the front desk that there were no additional payments, but after I returned home, the card I had used for the deposit was automatically debited. When I checked with the hotel, I found out that the amenity fee had been increased later. It was 1.5 times the amount I had been quoted and agreed to. I am currently negotiating for a refund.

Nice hotel with a great, central location
Great hotel with central location. We came with our family and had a volleyball tournament just down the road at the convention center. The hotel's pool was beautiful and there are plenty of amenities. The outdoor mall is massive and just a short, easy walk across the parking structure. Literally anything you could need is there. Also, the staff there is great–especially the house keepers. They were all so kind and sweet!

Beware rip-off "amenities" charges.
Was warned by my travel agent but: I prepaid my stay at this hotel for 4 nights. When I checked in, the desk clerk said I need to pay extra US$39 DAILY for amenities such as 2 steel mugs, which I certainly did not want in my luggage. Unless I paid this, he would not give me room keys. This is a major rip-off.
- AdvisoryA minimum fee of $49 plus tax for Valet Parking & $39 plus tax for Self Parking, per room, per day will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to give the client an estimate of additional fees they may be responsible for but not a guarantee of the final amount due.
