  Very clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast would highly recommend

  Excellent Hotel , Exceptional Staff

  Excellent hotel in the city centre. Spotless bedroom and bathroom with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety, especially pastries and fruit. Staff were extremely friendly especially at Breakfast time. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return in the near future.

  DONT GO HERE I REPEAT DONT GO HERE

  don’t stay here. weird vibe, weird hotel. nice looking from the outside and the inside however late staff were giving my gf and i the heebie jeebies. had a man in his late 50s ask to sit with us in the empty late night bar (which was completely empty besides the bartender that kept watching us) were 20 and both female and said no to the man who laughed it off walking away…yet to sit at the table right next to us when the place was empty. the bartender kept giving my gf and i weird looks as if we were unwelcome to the hotel or some kind. Felt the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations whatsoever. another thing, don’t stay with family or friends if you don’t want them seeing you naked in the bathroom- see through doors with a mirror right outside angled towards the bathroom which can be seen from bed. there’s also a setting to make the bathroom lights turn a soft green which makes you even more visible through the closed door (which doesn’t lock aka) there’s also two locks on the main door inside however only one locks (yet you don’t hear the locking sound). sketchy area for a nice looking hotel. For a 4 star hotel why was it almost derelict….Something weird happening here, just a whole eerie vibe, wouldn’t recommend.

  No Compassion Paid Booking

  I had a prepaid booking at this hotel during my planned trip to Manchester in early February. Unfortunately, just before my stay, we had a critical medical emergency involving my mother. I contacted the hotel immediately to request either a date change or credit for a future stay. Given the seriousness of the situation, I hoped for some flexibility or compassion. However, my request was denied without any attempt to accommodate or offer alternatives. I understand cancellation policies exist, but in cases involving medical emergencies, a more humane and flexible approach would have been appreciated. This experience was disappointing, especially during an already distressing time for my family. I would encourage future guests to carefully review the cancellation policy before booking, as exceptions may not be considered even in serious emergencies. We are hoping to reschedule our trip later in the year and I know for certain I will not be choosing this hotel for my stay.
