Great stay in room 210.
We stayed here only for one night on a Friday to attend a gig in Manchester. I was looking on Booking.com for weeks trying to find something suitable (especially when I am extremely picky) and I finally settled on this place. I never looked at the reviews prior to booking and I booked a non refundable room. I then started to go down the rabbit hole of looking at reviews on Tripadvisor and started to regret my decision even more reading all the bad/mixed reviews lately but I can honestly say our stay was nothing like the sort. Upon our arrival we were greeted by staff and given our room cards and off we went! We stayed in room 210 on the second floor and it was extremely spacious. We had no noise from any other rooms and the finishing touches of complimentary drinks in the mini fridge was great. I slept great (like usual) but my partner said he struggled as the mattress was slightly too hard for him (but he does have ongoing problems with his back at present..) Especially the cold diet coke in the morning a night of drinking! Sometimes, you have to take the ‘risk’ that your stay might not be as bad as others and just go for it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again during my next over night stay in Manchester.

Terrible
Hotel took money out my account on what they call “a mistake” a day after I checked out they charged me for an extra room in which I only had one and when I called refused to put the money back into my account or speak to me or my bank they have ignored my emails and calls and this is the second time it happened over the only 1 night stay I had I am a young girl and feel as though I have been completely taken advantage off and now a whole week later still haven’t heard back and payment still hasn’t been put into my account

Total let down
We honestly thought we’d stumbled upon a gem that was great value for money. Unfortunately not. Our normal place that end of town had a function so we thought we’d give the AC a try… the bed was so so hard, I cannot begin to tell you! Why hotels feel the need to place you by the lift shaft on a Monday night is beyond me. There is no way the hotel was full. People are noisy, I get it, I’m sure there were other rooms away from the lift. To top it off the bed had no topper. Just pushed together with a huge, uncomfortable gap. It was the worst nights sleep ever. I will not be returning.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic from start to finish, I travel all over the uk for work and i couldn’t believe this was cheaper than a Premier inn. The reception and staff were amazing, I was checked in early and told about meal times and gym location. On entering my room, it was clean, the bed was really comfortable and there was cold water in my mini fridge. I went to the gym and the facilities were good, only gripe was the towels, dirty towels everywhere and old cups. Dinner menu is very limited, however cooked fresh and tasty. Breakfast was amazing, the food was constantly being turned around and replaced with fresh food, I am not normally a pastry sort of guy but I tried and was amazed, it was like the pastry had just come out the oven. When back in Manchester i will use this hotel.

Excellent service experience
Super friendly staff at the bar they were prompt and we had wonderful experience. The reception was also very helpful during the stay. It’s close to Piccadilly and city centre. All bars restaurants nearby in walking distance😄 I will beb back again.
