Dec 27, 2025There is no customer focus!
I liked the hotel – the room and the location. But! I was simply shocked and surprised by the staff's attitude! I'm from Belarus, and my charging devices don't match the ones used in the hotel. I've visited 28 countries, and if my devices didn't match, the hotel always provided an adapter, and I could easily charge my phone and work on my computer. In this hotel, they gave me an adapter on the day I checked in, but on the day of my departure, they asked me to return it and said that the hotel doesn't provide such things and I could go and buy one myself. How??? I'm not the only one! Hotels in all countries provide adapters. Is this a manipulation to get extra money from me??? Honestly, this behavior completely changed my opinion of this hotel. I'll see how they return my $200 deposit tomorrow, because I'm reading reviews now and I see that very few people have had their deposits returned. This behavior is completely not customer-oriented, and I shouldn't have to run around the city to buy an adapter to charge my gadgets. The hotel should be oriented towards clients from different countries.

Sep 21, 2025A Pleasant Stay in a room with a beautiful view of the city of Miami Beach
Despite an initial booking error, our stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory. While we did not receive the pre-booked triple room, the staff quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a top-floor suite with a magnificent view of Miami Beach. The hotel offers a rooftop pool and a small fitness center. Rooms are cleaned daily. For added convenience, a Starbucks is located on the ground floor, where guests receive a discount. Our suite was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a mini oven, a toaster, a microwave, as well as plates and cutlery—all necessary amenities since the hotel does not have a restaurant. While a coffee maker is provided in the room, a complimentary refill is only offered on the first day. After that, free fresh coffee is available at the reception during select hours, or for a fee at Starbucks. The location is excellent, with a Publix grocery store and several restaurants and fast-food options within walking distance. The bus stop is conveniently located next to the hotel, making it easy to explore Miami without a car, and rideshare services like Uber are also readily available. On-site parking is available for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel. The beach is just 100 meters away and features fine golden sand. Guests can use complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, though we noted that some of this equipment was worn and in need of repair. Overall, our stay was pleasant and peaceful.

Clean and modern
Clean and modern hotel with small apartments that had well-equipped kitchens. Valet parking worked well. All and all a bit stiff place with a lot of rules though and the 10% card to Starbucks come on would be ok to show room key or similar rather than getting a coupon in the reception every time

They will charge you $88.92 maintenance fee and a $78 resort fee. We got in our swimsuits and went up to to go to the pool at 8pm and they said it was closed even though the sign IN OUR ROOM said 9pm. We were charged for a penthouse room with ocean view rate but offered a tiny studio with no view- all pictures attached. No compensation was offered by Marcos at the front desk other than a shrug and “oh we’ll work on it.” I’m happy to change and rewrite this review if compensated and/or our issues are addressed by tomorrow.

Had a great stay here on a rainy Wednesday evening. I was looking for an affordable hotel to stay the night before moving to a new place. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised. It checked all the boxes for me- quiet, clean, spacious and great location across the street from the beach. I have been looking for a place that I can stay a few nights a month to ease my commute from WPB to Miami. I think this hotel could be a good fit. Rooms have a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. I look forward to staying again and trying this out!
