Friendly, flexible service from Krishnarat who let us into the bar early while we waited for the 3pm bartender - the bloody Mary’s were a good choice

Superb stay
The moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted with big smiles by Onkar at reception. It was a wonderful welcome. We were treated to an upgrade and Onkar arranged a special treat for my husband’s birthday. On entering our room it had been decorated with petals with a towel birthday cake on the bed, also a bottle of wine and some delicious birthday cake was on the side. What a wonderful surprise. We pass our grateful thanks to Onkar for all that he did for us. All the staff couldn’t do enough tonight make our stay special. A special shout out to Velencio Gomez in the ESQ bar who looked after us very well. The hotel its self is beautiful and very well looked after. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Cozy, Chelsea's amazing boutique hotel
Checkin with Ms. Rosie was the best I've had as Hilton Diamond in a long time--I travel extensively in the US and service she arranged were amazing. She accomodated us to a larger room as a complimentary Diamond upgrade. We had afternoon Tea with Krishna as my waiter and he was so kind. We just got off a 10hr flight and arrived at the hotel, his service at my Sons first Afternoon Tea was notable. For a small, boutique hotel, the service here is astounding and memorable. We also did late drinks and Valencio was amazing. Still will recommend this hotel for the staff alone.....

Your perfect stay in London!
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and really close to the hot spots of Chelsea Kensington. Also walking distance to the underground to visit al the other places in London. During our stay we’re assisted by Anton & Syed. They were a great help. Just like all the other members of the staff. We had a great stay.

I must sadly report that this hotel is over-rated, and by a lot. Let me start with my room. I am an American Express Platinum member, and was "upgraded" to a garden room (or so they called it). There was no garden, much less any upgrade I could see. The room was stale, needed a refresh, and worse, it was impossible to take a shower without freezing yourself first. To get the shower on you literally had to hop into the tub, and reach for the faucet while in the tub, where of course you first get cold water from the shower, which is impossible not to get on you while in the tub itself. BRRR. The staff at breakfast are, to put it mildly, overwhelmed. There are significant language breakdowns (not their fault, but the management has to address), and I was both rudely treated merely for asking for a glass, and negligently treated by not being able to procure, among other things, water, a spoon for tea (no spoon at the tables), much less the tea itself without asking several times. When asking for my late check-out (guaranteed to Platinum card holders) I was not able to get the late check out offered (4 p.m.) by the program. They gave me until 1 p.m. I did think the gym was serviceable, especially since they had a Peloton bike. But, I wouldn't stay again, and definitely think there are finer hotels for the money.
