    Wonderful Experience!

    Lexi! Lexi! Lexi! She went ABOVE and BEYOND! We arrived without a reservation, because we just left another hotel that we had an absolutely terrible experience. We arrived, and Lexi greeted us so friendly! She didn’t question why we didn’t have a reservation, or make us feel bad for not having one. She was extremely patient and found us the perfect room. It even got better from there! Valet staff - Good! Bell staff - GREAT! Coastal Provisions Restaurant staff - SO Great! And Lexi - Best of the best! Thanks to ALL of you at Sweetgrass and Boardwalk Inn you made me and my husband’s short vacation very relaxing! The only bad part was the guy bartender at the Laughing Gull, because we were trying to decide what we wanted (~20 seconds at the most), and he asked us to step aside so he could wait on the people behind us! We left without a drink. Seriously, that was the only bad part! So it was a WIN for us! Highly recommend Sweetgrass!!

    Friendly staff!

    Friendly and personable front desk personnel. Enjoyed the location and proximity to Charleston. Group meals were excellent - not the usual hotel convention/banquet food. Meeting room was comfortable. I always appreciate the opportunity to visit the resort.

    Excellent valet experience when I checked in late.

    Excellent experience. The valet, Brock helped me when I checked in after a long travel day. He helped me bring my luggage to my room, then literally ran to the front desk when the key failed to open the hotel room drawer. He also was friendly and enthusiastic.

    Valet

    Pierce was so awesome!!! He assisted me and my boyfriend with our luggage when we arrived for the weekend and was very polite and professional, I highly recommend this resort! He also assisted us with getting to our room and giving us all of the info we needed!

    First Impressions mean alot

    Brock was so helpful with my bags and helping me get in my room. My husband was not with me when checking in so I don’t have a key so he went back downstairs and got a key and got me into my room. He was very personable and just the kind of person you want as your first impression of Wild Dunes.
