I came here for a business trip and stayed at the Boardwalk Inn. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillisa, Omonae, Gavin, and Connie at Coastal Provisions. Each of them was incredibly kind and made a point to greet us every time we saw them throughout our stay. Phillisa went above and beyond by taking time out of her day to recommend great local restaurants, and it was always a warm, welcoming feeling seeing her at the desk. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with outstanding customer service and excellent amenities. I would definitely return.

Outstanding Hospitality Thanks to an Incredible Team
Hilary and I recently stayed at the Wild Dunes Resort Boardwalk Inn for a business convention, and the experience truly stood out. We especially want to recognize Connie, Gavin, Omonnae at Coastal Provisions for making our date night memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care created a special evening we won’t forget. We also want to give a huge thank you to Phillisia at the front desk. She went above and beyond throughout our stay, knew guests by name, and made us feel welcomed every time we walked through the doors. That level of personal service is rare and made a big difference. Grateful for the hospitality and the people who made our stay exceptional. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience!
Wonderful place for family and couples! There are many restaurants and activities in the area, so you won't have to worry about finding places to eat and things to do. The staff are lovely and always go above and beyond! Phillicia went above and beyond to ensure that our check in process was smooth and easy.

Great tennis resort!
We enjoyed our time at the Boardwalk Inn at Wild Dunes. We primarily picked this place for the tennis facilities, which were great and not crowded at all during our stay, but we admittedly had cooler weather. Tennis clinics were well run, and we had good instructors. My wife even got new tennis shoes and outfits at the pro shop as we often find big box retailers lacking in tennis specific items. We didn't really spend much time on the beach given our weather being cooler. Restaurants were fine, but selection is a bit limited given the resort size, so plan your meals accordingly. For a tennis destination, I found Wild Dunes to be excellent.

Great service
The resort is well maintained and pretty to walk around. Nice beach area and the pavilion by the beach is a great convenience. I was there for a conference. I have to give a big shoutout to the valets. I popped a tube in my tire before pulling into the resort. The valet was incredibly helpful to pump my tire and move it for roadside service to make the repair. Many thanks to Dominic and Andrew! Great service at a resort is what lifts it above others.
