    Nice hotel

    We had a nice stay at Swan Reserve. The room was large with plenty of space. We were on 14th floor with amazing views!!! Only complaint was there is a resort service fee of $50.00 that includes taxes. We arrived at 11pm so we didn't use pool so that was a charge we were not expecting. Also it's $38 for parking. This hotel does take Marriott points which was wonderful.

    A great friendly place to stay when visiting Disney.

    Excellent stay at the Swan Reserve. Over the years we have stayed at the Dolphin and Swan many times but this time wanted to try the relatively new Swan Reserve. It was wonderful. An added bonus is you get access to the pools and the fitness center at the Swan and Dolphin. The hotel rooms are fine with adequate space. Our room had an Epcot view with the opportunity to see fireworks. A short walk to the Boardwalk area. The front desk team is really outstanding. Jayleen Emily Price and Natalia were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. All the members of the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and willing to assist. Definitely a great hotel with all the Disney extras like free bus transportation to the parks and early park access but it’s a Marriott Bonvoy property. So for those Marriott fans this is a great place to stay.

    Honestly just not good

    Stayed for a conference at Swan / Dolphin. I was originally booked into the swan and was offered the chance to ‘upgrade’ to the swan reserve. I was very hesitant and asked if it was further from the event venue and was told unequivocally it wasn’t. Well it is a hood 10 -15 minute walk from where the event was set up. (I am not sure if they thought I wouldn’t notice I had to walk much further there and back each day!? Anyway the hotel I also wouldn’t recommend. It looks nice but has a tiny pool. Also when I tried to order food service no one answered the phone (I was told they were away???) so I walked downstairs to order and they weren’t able to take room service orders. Anyway just a mess! Honestly I expected a lot more from a bonvoy autograph hotel. Do not recommend.

    A lovely visit after Disney cruise

    We stayed here with our family for one night after a Disney cruise and wish we could have stayed longer! The Swan Reserve is a smaller, high end hotel on the Swan/ Dolphin property. 2 minute walk to the Grotto pool at the Dolphin. My kids LOVED the pool and waterside. Easy to order food and drinks from the QR code on the loungers. Maybe 5 -10 min walk to the Boardwalk , Epcot, Yacht Club. Such a nice walk in the evening. We happened to walk by a movie and s’mores around 7:30 pm on the beach next to the pool. The pool at the Reserve was also so lovely. Small and quiet with great drinks. Live music on Friday evening. The little snack bar had great choices of snacks and wine. Being platinum member I had the choice of points, breakfast or charcuterie and a bottle of wine. We went with the charcuterie and really enjoyed it by the pool. We had an Epcot view suite and it was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Lovely view of the e fireworks. I would absolutely stay again!

    Awesome Swan Reserve Stay

    Outstanding establishment. Rooms are clean, well-stocked and well maintained. Restaurant, Amore, is fabulous. Great breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff is awesome. Everyone makes you feel like family and that you are wanted. Front desk staff, Olivia and Natalia, were outstanding. At breakfast and dinner, Juvey, Chris and Soumi were terrific. We cannot wait to stay here again. Great location. Boat access to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and buses to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. Boardwalk and other Disney Redorts are nearby for other dining options.
