    Excellent property

    I have heard about bad service at disney hotels ..this is not the case with Swan reserve. Service is immaculate ..staff are helpful. I couldnt get a room update as property was full but that doesn't effect my review . Housekeeping is superb . The breakfast options are good..bar is nice but pricey :)- . Overall i loved this property and location is also great

    Transportation Changes

    Beautiful hotel. We had a suite with a lock off that was perfect for our family of 6. Had vouchers for a nice breakfast buffet. Now the negative! The transportation has changed. The boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios are the same but the bus to Magic Kingdom drops you at the Transportation Center instead of at the gate. The bus to Disney Springs drops you at the ride share location. We walked to the Boardwalk and took the Disney transportation which worked out better.

    Room With a View

    It was only for one night, but we wanted to try the hotel. Thank goodness it was a Thursday and early in the day. I booked the wrong date! Our receptionist, Vee, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Vee not only fixed my problem she was able to upgrade us. We had a lovely room with an Epcot view of the fireworks. Spectacular! A big thank you to Vee!

    Disney delight at Swan Reserve property.

    First Class, upscale Disney/Marriott property. Great location and easy access to parks via Boats, Buses, or walking. Restaurant within hotel is 1st class for breakfast; front desk associates on Sunday Dec 1 (4pm) were fabulous. Don't hesitate to reserve this spot!

    Want the best of Disney and Marriott - Swan Reserve is THE CHOICE!

    If you want to maximize your ‘on-property’ Disney benefits AND your Marriott Bonvoy benefits/points - this hotel is ideal. The hotel is a quick walk to the Boardwalk area where you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and they provide shuttles to the other parks and Disney Springs The hotel qualifies as a deluxe Disney resort so you get all the same benefits as staying at a Disney deluxe property PLUS you get the service and benefits of Marriott Bonvoy. We used our NUA for a one bedroom suite and it is spacious, clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at Grounds and have eaten a Amare before and enjoyed it. The pool is a little boring (and no hot tub) but you can use the pool facilities at the Sean and Dolphin next door which have better pools and hot tubs. 10/10 - highly recommend and would stay here again.
