Great views, but put everything in the safe!
The 1 bedroom suite was spacious with giant windows with a view of both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks every night! Staff was friendly and helpful in general; however, lock everything in the safe!!! I had a pair of headphones taken from a dresser drawer and my son’s Nintendo switch carrying case with 4 game cartridges was also stolen (fortunately the switch device itself was locked in the safe). That put a damper on what was otherwise a fabulous vacation for these first-time visitors to Disney World.

Amazing 10 day stay !
Such an amazing hotel. Stayed for 10 nights with my husband and our 2 kids and everything was perfect. Access to many pools including the ones at the Swan and Dolphins. Shuttles to the park and walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios In terms of food we ate at Amare 3 times. It was amazing and delicious ! Thank you for the great stay

Great Hotel BUT Disney Bands DO NOT link with this property..
NOTE: Disney Bands do not link with this property!!! Property is great, staff wonderful and the floor to ceiling windows let you view in some rooms let you watch the EPCOT fireworks. The team in the small breakfast store if wonderful, dinner service was great but limited menu.

Excellent choice - Zero Complaints!
We spent a long weekend this past weekend for our daughters Sweet Sixteen at the Swan Reserve and not only did it meet but absolutely exceeed our expecations. From the cleanliness of the facilty to the world class service we received from Kerry D. and her Team made sure that our trip was essentially perfect and we can not wait to return. For the location and amenities I would not hesitate to recommend this as one of the best options in the area.

This. Place. Sucks.
Couldn’t say enough bad things about this place. Only stayed here because the swan and dolphin were booked up but I should’ve taken that as a sign to not come at all. The worst part about this property is the customer/guest service. They are rude, condescending, unhelpful, and give incorrect information that messed up my trip multiple times. They don’t even know when the buses to the parks leave! How ridiculous and incompetent!! The beds and pillows are like rocks and the rooms are only a slight cosmetic step above a Residence Inn (for you other Marriott folks) and the rooms overall are average at best. No good options for food, the cafe place is fine (and overpriced of course) and you’d be better walking to the swan or dolphin for dinner there, as that’s what I did. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I can say for 100% certainty I will never stay at this hotel again. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
