Dec 26, 2025Beautiful hotel and staff but appalling food - would not return
The accommodation, grounds, staff and facilities were fabulous. Stephanie excellent hostess, great POP team for activities. However, the food completely spoiled the holiday. Some food was acceptable but the majority was awful Not enough utensils which led to cross contamination between meat and non meat products. Flies were in the dishes used for omelettes. Food was not labelled and it was often difficult to ascertain what was in the dishes. Very poorly presented at lunchtime in Helios. We were served undercooked prawns and raw fish (not intentional) in the Mexican restaurant. The food in some of the a la carte restaurants was ok.

We got to the resort late due to traffic. Raul waited for us booked us a late dinner. Guided us to the room and dinner. We were treated like royalty the entire stay from eating to the pool/beach and concierge. Definitely will be back again.

The butler and bell service was amazing. Manager was awful. Amstar made multiple mistakes and we almost missed our flight. The food was mediocre and was barely warm Kusko was delicious thank goodness that was our Christmas dinner. Not returning

Great Vacay!!
Enjoyed the beach and pools. Resort is beautiful. Hit and miss at the restaurants for getting drink service. No evening shows in the theatre which was disappointing.

Great vacation
First to E here. Our butler Randy was fantastic!!! Rooms were clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back………?(()$76
