What would i like to say about our week in TRS The hotel, or actually the resort area including 5 hotels is really huge. We haven’t previously stayed in this kind of concept. As an experience it was nice, would we do it again? Maybe not. Our hotel was adults-only. However, the entire resort area was also open to us. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and easy to get around. If the distance was longer, or even during a rain showers, golf carts would take you where you needed to go. All services are available. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Housekeeping and everything related to that was in good. But for the love of God, please do something about the beds! It is absolutely impossible to sleep as a couple, when one person turns over, the other wakes up to some serious creaking! 😅 Your guests are on vacation, so good sleep is very important. The hotel’s beach area in Bávaro was absolutely stunning. The pool area as well, but we are more beach people. Service at the hotel was most of the time first-class and fast. The bars and drinks were also good. Beach bar @Helios and Stephanie, thank you for your help and service. And signature mixology bar, wau! Food-wise, we found things a bit strange and not at all consistent. Since this was an adults-only hotel, there were a few restaurant options for breakfast and lunch, and dinners were practically entirely dependent on so-called specialty restaurants. Reservations for the restaurants are made by the butlers. The idea is surely good, probably meant to somehow raise the level, etc. But unfortunately, it just didn’t work on such a large scale. In practice, you can’t choose where, what, or when you eat dinner. Butler makes the reservations and informs you of the place and time. Good service, BUT in our opinion, this was not always a good thing. The restaurants we visited made no impression at all. On the contrary, after several disappointments—for example, after the first evening—one of the four of us who ate something different from the other three ended up with stomach issues. The food in these places is simply not consistent: portions are small and/or cold. Toward the end of the week, we ended up eating at the neighboring resort’s buffet. That way, we could choose ourselves when and what to eat. The neighboring resort’s buffet food and selection were okay, but the atmosphere was completely different compared to our side, since the other resorts naturally also have families with children, etc. We have concluded before that resort restaurants don’t really work, and this time was no exception. The New Year’s buffet was absolutely fantastic and excellent! Special thanks for that! The butler service was also completely new to us, and it was actually a fun experience. Our butler Edward was always in touch and available just the right amount, not too intrusive. Professional, fun, and caring. Many thanks, especially for helping when my partner was unwell. 🙏🏼 PS! The surprise in both couples’ rooms and bathtubs was also fun! 😃 All in all, a good vacation week, but not quite a 5/5.

Thought value was very good
We really love the property beautiful very well maintained overall the restaurants were great. The downside was the hard sale on trying to join their travel club.

Family vacation
My family and I visited the TRS for a week long vacation. The resort exceeded my expectations. The grounds and accommodations are stunning! Would definitely recommend this resort!
