Amazing family vacation
Amazing experience and vacation! A special thanks to Meldy, Rachely, Josefina at the restaurant Capricho, Elin at the pool and Renato at pool grill that made a substantial contribution to make our family vacation even more special.

We are current guests through the end of this week, but honestly we will be leaving early. The premise is fine. Adults only all inclusive resort. I took my 20 year old daughter to have a good mother daughter year end vacation. We exchanged through Interval and from the start it was chaos. The check in was a mess. Pro tip…. if you exchange make certain you tell your airport shuttle driver to drop you at the travel club check in or you will just have to be shuttled there from the main hotel, which adds time to an already lengthy travel day. There is a butler assigned to the rooms, but getting a response for issues takes significant time. The room quality is sub par. They are very dated, worn, and damaged. Our unit had cracks in the door where the panels have separated and allowed bugs to come in. The screen for the sliding door has come off multiple times a day. The bathroom barn door fell off the track and maintenance had to be called to dismantle the trim to rehang it. Ceiling panels in the bathroom are loose, room service doesn’t clear trays from their “delivery cubby” (a pass through door in the wall into the entertainment center that has a hole in it for the trays), the bedside lamp started flickering repeatedly (that’s on maintenance order right now. And no, the bulb isn’t loose and it was unplugged and re-plugged in). The pools are beautiful as is the beach. Bar service is wonderful. The food is, just okay. I’m glad to have had the time with my daughter, however should have chosen another resort.

Dec 31, 2025OK - pretty average - wouldn't rush back.
This stay was an add on to a cruise and we had choice of 3 hotels - picked this one as it was adults only and did no other research - totally unlike me. I wish I had done a bit more. Room (Junior Suite) was large and well appointed. Serviced twice daily and good provision of water and soft drinks. Grounds are immaculate and we appreciated the ease to hop in a golf buggy to get around. Pool area by our room was quiet with plenty of sunbeds and a very friendly bartender (Stephen). Overall pretty clean and well kept. Room for improvements is ability to book speciality restaurants - we were only able to book La Boheme a couple of nights and Helios on the last of our 5 night stay. I'm glad we weren't staying longer due to this. They also need to be able to serve hot food at above lukewarm temperatures. The beach is not that pleasant and the sea pretty rough - so only sunbathed and swam at the pool. There also is no pleasant bar to sit in during the evenings - the outside one is used by cigar smokers and the one in the Atrium does not have enough seating and people are constantly checking in and out.

Family vacation was great
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! The property itself is clean and tropical, the weather was perfect, and the hospitality from Travel Club staff and TRS butlers stood out. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The food was decent with a good variety of options, and we always found something enjoyable at each meal. A special thank you to Maritza at the Travel Club — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for our family. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference in our experience. Overall, a great getaway and a resort we would happily return to!
