If I got to deal with TRS staff instead of the PTC, the stay could have been better, but the servers were unfriendly, staff were unavailable, and the food was bland. My butlers were never around. There were issues with dinner reservations, and not enough options for lunch. Other than work out or jumping events (whatever that is) there was a serious lack of activities. I did enjoy my room but the location was horrible. I will not come here again as there are other hotels and TRS' with better service.

A very big complex supposed to be a special holiday to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Instead all 4 of us were sick with diarrhea for the duration. Buffet food hygiene not good flies on the food. We suggested covering the food but that fell on deaf ears. There was also other cough flu infections going around . One of our party was so ill on day of flying but was determined to leave. We all couldnt wait to leave. Very disappointing

The accommodation, grounds, staff and facilities were fabulous. Stephanie excellent hostess, great POP team for activities. However, the food completely spoiled the holiday. Some food was acceptable but the majority was awful Not enough utensils which led to cross contamination between meat and non meat products. Flies were in the dishes used for omelettes. Food was not labelled and it was often difficult to ascertain what was in the dishes. Very poorly presented at lunchtime in Helios. We were served undercooked prawns and raw fish (not intentional) in the Mexican restaurant. The food in some of the a la carte restaurants was ok.
