Enjoyable Stay at the Harbor Castle
I had a great view from the 30th floor, breakfast was good and the pool and gym were welcome diversions. Staff were very friendly and my room was clean. I spent an enjoyable couple of nights at the Harbor Castle and look forward to my next visit.

Great location, nicely renovated rooms, great bar service!
Stayed here when visiting Ontario for Mapleleafs game! Very short walk to Hockey Hall of Fame & Scotiabank Arena. A bit further walk to the Distillery District. We reported a scraping of the new glass bathroom door and it was fixed by the time we came back from breakfast. Gustavo and Jose were wonderful bar tenders! Only had small bites but meatballs were delicious.

Lovely as usual
If only they could improve driving in Toronto! But I arrived at the hotel frazzled and the man that greeted me with my car for the valet to the man who welcomed me and got me inside all through to check in had me laughing and forgetting about the traffic mayhem. Second time staying in a month. Super professional, great location and just professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Missing the basics...
I've travelled a lot this year, with probably 20 nights in Toronto alone. I wanted to give this hotel an honest look, so I stayed three times. It has an interesting location on the water, just off the Gardiner Expressway, close to Via Rail. The restaurant / in-room dining is very good, if pricey like most hotels. Some rooms are newly refurbished, and the decor is nice. Westin HC struggles, however, with some of the basics. The HVAC in the room sounds like the outboard in my fishing boat. On-site parking can be full, so you have to find parking nearby (uncovered, $50, a block away). Hot water that wasn't 'hot', despite letting the shower run. Still some things to sort out...

✨Magical weekend in Tayronto ✨
I had the best weekend ever at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto while in town for Night 6 of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour! This hotel truly sparkled and made the experience beyond my wildest dreams. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every Swiftie felt enchanted and ready for the big night. The fun started with a thoughtful touch: free beads to make friendship bracelets for the concert! Guests gathered in the lobby to craft and connect—it was like living in a Daydream. On show nights, the hotel also had a pop-up makeup station where fans could get their glitter and sparkles on to Bejeweled. Special shoutout to Leah, the star employee who applied glitter and sparkles with such care and artistry! Even with long lines of excited fans, Leah stayed cheerful, chatted with everyone, and added the perfect ✨ sparkle ✨ to each guest. Her positive energy radiated through the room, and she made us all feel like the lucky one. The Westin Harbour Castle wasn’t just a place to stay; it was part of the experience. Everyone was so friendly and supportive, creating an atmosphere of pure happiness. After soaking up the concert magic, it was so comforting to return to such a welcoming space. If you’re a Taylor fan (or just love amazing hospitality), I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The Westin Harbour Castle made my Eras Tour weekend absolutely unforgettable. You belong with them!
