Stop off Two of my 60th Birthday Celebrations
We stayed here for one night, as part of my 60th Birthday, this hotels is bang on the Harbour, with stunning views, our room was very comfortable, a good bar area on ground floor, which can be slightly chilly in the winter months, due the large area of the reception. Team were very helpful, they have. Grab & Go cart for early risers. This was operating during our night, but the team still arranged a more than adequate take-away for us as our flight was early.

Disappointing Stay
During my two-night stay, I encountered significant issues that required me to change rooms twice, resulting in a highly disappointing experience. Based on this, I will not be returning to this hotel. Issues, in order of occurrence: 1. Upon checking into the first room, I immediately noticed urine stains on the toilet seat. This indicates the room was not cleaned thoroughly, falling far short of expected cleanliness standards. 2. When I raised this issue and requested a room change, the front desk associate, Oliver, responded by mentioning he had just returned from a five-day trip to New York and suggested that such oversights "happen all the time." As a loyal Marriott guest with over 400 nights of stays, I find this normalization of substandard service unacceptable and uncharacteristic of the brand. It set a troubling tone for the rest of my experience at this property. 3. In the new room, I discovered there was no hot water available, forcing me to take a cold shower. 4. After reporting the issue, maintenance arrived and claimed to have resolved the hot water problem. However, the water temperature remained lukewarm at best, necessitating another room change. 5. Later, I learned from staff that the hot water issue is a known problem in that section of the building. This raises the question: why assign guests to rooms with unresolved issues, particularly when the problem is well-known? 6. To compensate for the series of issues I encountered, the front desk promised to send a bottle of wine to my next room. However, this promise was not fulfilled, further underscoring the lack of follow-through and attentiveness. 7. At breakfast, I found breadcrumbs in a supposedly clean coffee mug. While occasional oversights can happen, this highlights a lack of attention to detail in ensuring the cleanliness of tableware. Guests should not need to point out such issues; proactive quality control should prevent them from occurring. These incidents reflect a disappointing level of service, cleanliness, and overall management at this property, which is inconsistent with the high standards I have come to expect from Marriott.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location
Had a great family vacation at the Westin Harbor Castle over the Christmas period. The rooms were very clean and with wonderful views of the Toronto Islands (especially with fireworks on NYE) The staff are all amazing and everything we had from the room service or bar menus was perfect. A great stay and we will be back!

Enjoyable Stay at the Harbor Castle
I had a great view from the 30th floor, breakfast was good and the pool and gym were welcome diversions. Staff were very friendly and my room was clean. I spent an enjoyable couple of nights at the Harbor Castle and look forward to my next visit.

Great location, nicely renovated rooms, great bar service!
Stayed here when visiting Ontario for Mapleleafs game! Very short walk to Hockey Hall of Fame & Scotiabank Arena. A bit further walk to the Distillery District. We reported a scraping of the new glass bathroom door and it was fixed by the time we came back from breakfast. Gustavo and Jose were wonderful bar tenders! Only had small bites but meatballs were delicious.
