  February Getaway

  Great location! Great rates! Rooms were really clean. Staff generously left us extra towels. Pool was surprisingly warm. Cute little added touches in the pool area for kids. 24 hour market across the street. Close to Scotiabank Arena and lots of restaurants.

  Beautiful hotel with Renovated Rooms

  Beautiful hotel! We stayed for 3 nights as a family and really enjoyed this hotel. Our renovated room in the South Tower was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved the little touches like the lavender oil for sleep and the ability to get filtered water out of the faucet. The “heavenly bed” lived up to the hype and was super comfortable with wonderful linens. The view of the city and lake was phenomenal! The valet parking was very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and the Chartroom for dinner. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I removed a star for a few reasons. First, we were bummed that the kids club was closed. We were there during a snow storm and it would have been a great amenity to have for my daughter. I understand this cannot be helped we just wish it had been open. Second, there were a few housekeeping issues we encountered. On our second day there we left our room at 8:30 in the morning and returned at 2:30 to change for the pool and the room still had not been made up. We mentioned it to the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. When we went down to the pool there were no fresh towels available and the towel return was piled a mile high with dirty towels. The women’s change room was similar. Piles of wet dirty towels all over the place. I had to call to ask for towels and again it was addressed. I just feel like this should have been monitored more closely throughout the day. Overall this was a great hotel and I would plan on returning again in the future!!

  Great hotel in downtown Toronto

  I was here for a conference. I quite enjoy this location for conferences, and it is always nice to stay where the conferences are, but it was also a great hotel overall. It was nice and clean, the room was great with a comfortable bed and rain fall shower head. I would deffinetly stay again.

  Good location and a pleasant stay.

  This is a large hotel with two towers. The breakfast is nice with a good selection. We had a issue with our toilet which was fixed within 15 minutes (just after midnight) the hotel was busy as there was an IT convention underway, check-in took longer that I would have liked but overall it was a pleasant experience. There is a convenience store - unfortunately they ran out of milk early in the afternoon. The room is a good size and the location makes it easy to get to all of the local Toronto attractions.

  Stop off Two of my 60th Birthday Celebrations

  We stayed here for one night, as part of my 60th Birthday, this hotels is bang on the Harbour, with stunning views, our room was very comfortable, a good bar area on ground floor, which can be slightly chilly in the winter months, due the large area of the reception. Team were very helpful, they have. Grab & Go cart for early risers. This was operating during our night, but the team still arranged a more than adequate take-away for us as our flight was early.
