Nice hotel. Great service.
Phenomenal location. Very nice. Gym was well equipped. Great service. Karrington at the front desk was great. A very nice touch from house keeping was that each day they’d turn the shower head away from the knob so you don’t get cold wet when starting shower. Small but nice touch.

Clean, safe and great location
We enjoyed the hotel. Everything was clean and we appreciated that a key card was required to access the guest room elevators. Employees at check-in acknowledged our Marriott status. The Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient. The bed was just as advertised, indeed “heavenly”. I pulled a back muscle the day before the trip and was in a great deal of pain, but a good night’s sleep on a good mattress helped tremendously. Only thing that I saw you might want to look into was that the hairdryer in our room didn’t put out much air. Upon investigation, the vent was completely blocked with lent. I probably would have cleaned it myself on a normal day, but was not feeling great due to my back injury. Not a big deal, but cleaning may prevent a blown motor on the hair dryer, or even worse a spark shooting out. Most guests would probably have never noticed, but I worked in hotel administration years ago and always wonder why when something doesn’t work correctly. Our son is getting married in the Woodlands in the fall and we will definitely recommend your hotel to our guests.

Great hotel in The Woodlands
My wife and I had a wonderful stay for December/NYE/early January 2025. Great hotel with perfect location in The Woodlands. Nice restaurant Sorriso in the the hotel with great breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as local eateries in walking distance. A lot to do at the Woodlands Mall, Market Street and in the area in general. The gym and pool are nice and great walking/running trails on the waterway, especially at night with Christmas lights and decorations. From the front desk, valet, room attendants and servers/bartenders at Sorriso, customer service was great and on point. Special recognition goes to Jacquan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic! Much appreciated!

Noise issues that can’t be fixed. Pick a different hotel.
Hotel and location are nice, but there are a number of reviews highlighting the same noise issue, we had which cannot be fixed. Do not book the premium rooms with the balcony overlooking the waterway. The noise from the neighboring rootop club is unbearable. We paid $300 for a one-night staycation hoping to enjoy some quiet time together away from kids. Instead, club music reverberated through our room into the early morning hours. No warning at all on the website or from the staff. We left in the middle of the night and went home angry and annoyed. There is nothing the hotel can do about this unless they spend money to noise-proof these rooms. As such, you just need to avoid this hotel and in particular these specific rooms. The Woodlands waterway is a great location for a staycation, but don’t do it at the Westin.
