The Best of the Best!!
The perfect location with the perfect staff. I never really get an idea from other reviewers regarding location. This is a short ride from Heathrow on the Elizabeth line to the Bakerloo and once out of the underground there it is. The staff is remarkable!!! You are welcomed and feel that way. Walk a few blocks there Big Ben, London eye, Westminster Abby. Walk around a mile and a half there is Buckingham Palace. Across the is Trafalgar Square in all its beauty. The roof top bar has the best views including London Eye, Big Ben and Trafalgar Square. Safe Travels.

Amazing Stay!
We had such an amazing experience with this hotel, even before we arrived! I had contacted the concierge multiple times to plan things for our stay. The response was very prompt and courteous every time. The hotel itself is not very big, but it is modern, clean, and what sets this apart from other places is the staff. I have never felt like royalty before at a hotel. Every single staff member went out of their way. Anything we asked for, we received with a smile. Everyone was super friendly and so hard-working. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning. No matter how busy they were, the staff was super accommodating and friendly. My daughter has a gluten allergy, and I never had to worry about her getting sick. They knew exactly what she could and could not eat. Sajjad always greeted us with a smile, and was very helpful with directions etc. Our housekeeper Christina always did a great job. We happened to be there for New Year’s Eve. It was amazing to just walk steps out of the hotel and see fireworks. The location was top-notch for us. We were able to walk to Buckingham Palace, CoventGarden, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and two of the west end shows that we saw. I wish I had every staff member’s name because they truly all made our experience the best of the best! If you are looking for a great London hotel, this is the one!

Comfortable, convenient stay at Hilton on Trafalger Square
Got off to a rocky start using a 5 night award, but it didn't fester. Desk moved us to a twin bedded room a day later which was much better than the queen. Location was outstanding (especially fo theatre) Breakfast was terrific, housekeeping was excellent.

Unsupportive hotel team
Huge disappointment with the lack of support and communication from the team during our check-out on 1 January. We feel completely let down by the team. While there were some minor frustrations during our stay, including repeated breakfast order mistakes six mornings in a row and repeated no show when amenities requests were made to housekeeping, these pale in comparison to the stress caused by the logistical challenges on our departure day, which the hotel could have helped mitigate. Our departure on 1 January became unnecessarily chaotic due to the lack of preparation and clear guidance from the team. Soon after we checked in, we consulted the concierge about the impact of the new year day events, explaining that we were checking out and had arranged an airport transfer. The concierge advised that our airport transfer could not pick us up directly at the hotel due to road closures and instructed us to meet the driver at one of the nearest open roads, a 15-20 minute walk away. However, they failed to warn us about the difficulty we would face crossing the road outside the hotel to even begin the walk. At the time we talked to the two gentlemen at Concierge, we already found them very uninterested in supporting. One of them kept repeating to us that an email about the 1st January was already sent to us much earlier but that email also only offered same information Concierge gave verbally. Based on both the verbal and email advice, we arranged with the airport transfer to meet us near Tottenham Court Road at 3pm (our flight is 7pm). When we left the hotel at 2pm (thinking allowance of one hour is plenty for the 15 minutes walk), we found the road completely blocked. Following the door staff’s advice, we walked further down to locate a crossing point, but even after waiting 30 minutes near a security guard who initially seemed willing to help, we were still unable to cross. Pressed for time, we returned to the hotel for further guidance, but the advice we received was equally unhelpful. After nearly 90 minutes of frustration and backtracking, we finally managed to cross. By then, we had to run with our luggage through crowded, uneven roads in heavy rain to reach our driver, who was close to giving up on us for his next job. This stressful ordeal could have been avoided if the staff had provided clear and practical guidance in advance, particularly as this annual parade and its disruptions are well known and repeat every year.

Very nice stay here
Such a great total package. Amazing staff, great room, excellent rooftop breakfast service. Stayed here for 5 days and had a most excellent time here. Service from the front desk staff as well as the rooftop breakfast and the rooftop bar and downstairs wine bar were great. Location is amazing - Trafalgar Square is right across the street, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs within a block or two. We totally 100% would stay here again.
