Our new favorite place
On every level with face to face staff, our experience was quite excellent. It stood out as a shining example of a model for customer service. Additionally, the property, and our room, was exemplary. That's said, housekeeping missed the mark

Evening out
Great service by the valet and check in staff. Super efficient and very friendly. The breakfast was ok. Food was cold and poached eggs were way too vinegary. No one asked us after it was served if everything was ok. The restaurant atmosphere was good though

Bathroom toilet glass design terrible. Valet parking AWFUL!
Pillows and bedding were perfectly fine and comfy. Room and shower good. Absolutely hate the toilet being surrounded by glass and viewable from the shower. So much for privacy in sight and sound. Dumb design decision. Room was especially dark at night while trying to work. Had no desk or floor light…which should be a standard practice. Should ALWAYS have more light than needed. They brought me a desk light but more of a spotlight effect and made little difference. Valet parking was a mess. Tried to get my car around 5:20am and the girl couldn’t find the stickers that allow them to park it remotely and exit. Rather than wait indefinitely and miss my flight, I had to pay $120 (2 nights) on my credit card and she gave me the cash for it. Also witnessed valet hitting a corner with someone’s new car. Sloppy.

1st time disappointment
Stayed here for years, always enjoyed. Stayed 20 nights this yr. Will stay at Clio next time. Our room was never vacuumed, old dry contacts on the floor, 2 nights in a row. Bathroom floor foot prints. 1st morning room service order was wrong. They did correct but…. Went to bar around 10pm after party, they were closing. Others in there were upset “hotel bar” stopped serving so early especially to hotel guests and during holidays. Next night went to bar around 8:pm, alone. Wanted 1 drink and desert. 2 empty barstools, went to sit. Was told they were at capacity. I couldn't sit there. Couldn’t wait there. Kinda embarrassing when told to leave. Told I Would have to wait in lobby about 15-20 to be seated & served! Wouldn't even allow me to get a drink while I waited. The restaurant was full & busy, but not ALL tables or bar seats. I left went to the room and drank what was in the fridge. So many other ways they could have handled that! Valet guys are great, reception was kind and helpful. Must do better.

Amazing stay at the Jacquard!
We loved our stay. The staff was amazing! Our room was great. The beds we so comfortable. We loved the mountain view and being able to see all the holiday twinkling lights from our window. We ate breakfast in the hotel. I would highly recommend. Thank you for such an amazing stay.
