Nice day for a business trip
Princess at the front desk was so nice and attentive. My room was not ready, but she was able to switch it which I greatly appreciated because we had a long day of travel the breakfast buffet and social hour were a bonus. The staff is super friendly the room was spacious. The walls and furniture did have some scrapes and scuff marks, and the carpet a little dated and the pillows were really thin, but overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Donnie was the best person I’ve felt with in the industry an I’ve been traveling for years and staying in hotels an this was hands down the best experience as well as the interaction with Donnie an the other staff.. I will definitely be staying here again you can count on that.

ONE GREAT HOUSEKEEPER.
I had asked at the service desk for housekeeping to do our room the next day. When I came back to the room at 4pm there had been no one show up. I asked the housekeeper about it. She was not the one that was supposed to do our room but she stepped up and took VERY GOOD CARE OF US. Her name is Glenda. I feel she went way above what she had to do. This was on Wednesday February 26. I just want to make sure someone knows what a great job she did. And for her to do someone else's job without ANY COMPLAINTS. She was VERY NICE AND POLITE. I told her all she needed to do was the bed, but she went above and beyond. THANK YOU GLENDA 😊

10 plus stars for pure human kindness at a difficult time.
I recently stayed with you all during a scary time in life. My husband had a heart attack and I had to rush to be with him. We were 2.5 hours apart. From the very beginning of my stay I had the pleasure of speaking with Princess at the front desk and for the next 2 days. I had just had lumbar fusion surgery myself and had a hard time getting around. I was so hungry when I woke on my first morning there and went down for breakfast. I only had a few minutes so I could go back to the ICU to stay with my husband. I asked the front desk if I could make a to-go box and they said absolutely. I proceeded to ask one of the food servers and she said I couldn't do that. Thankfully Lashawna the Kitchen Supervisor overheard and went above and beyond for me. I cried. Human kindness costs nothing. My next encounter was with a wonderful member of guest room services Earneisha. I had dropped my cane outside and struggled to be able to get it. There were male guests and other people around but Earneisha ran to my rescue, with a very soft hand on my shoulder saying "Please allow me to help". I thanked her profusely and cried again. I am an emotional being and under the circumstances even more so. The guest room services team continued to go above and beyond and on my final day I was surprised by Liz and Joneisha with a gift basket that truly made me cry. The hand made card with such kind and wonderful wishes. And guess what, I CRIED AGAIN LOL I absolutely 💯 % recommend a short or long stay with these amazing people. They get 10+ stars from me. Never forget, there is no value on Human Kindness. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Maeve Hamer room 413. ❤️

For us the Negatives outweighed the positives.
Positives: The rooms were clean, The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Negatives: The rooms are tired. We found the breakfast to be poor quality. The hotel had an eclectic customer base many of who liked pile their breakfast plates high. Conclusion: The hotel was functional but next time we will look for a better hotel.
