  Great location and good stay:

  We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. My service rating is entirely based on the breakfast team staff, who were fantastic—special kudos to Debra, who was always cheerful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The front desk staff could have been a bit warmer, but they were efficient. We were a family of five and spent a great week there. The shower was hot with strong water pressure (very important to me!). I would definitely stay here again.

  Decent Location and Bed, but Multiple Stay-Impacting Issues

  I had a mixed experience at this hotel, leaning more toward disappointing due to the number of issues encountered during my stay. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room where the main light, connected to a lamp, only flickered and wouldn’t stay on. Within minutes, I also heard a loud noise that initially sounded like construction but turned out to be the elevator. While the front desk did grant me a room change, I seriously question why that room is used at all—it’s directly beside and behind the elevator shaft. The noise was unavoidable and would be unbearable for most guests unless they have very limited hearing. The second room was better located, well away from the elevator, but had a noticeable musty smell. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was there. The furniture throughout the room was quite dated—not a dealbreaker for me, but worth noting. While the room looked clean at first glance, that impression faded quickly. When I moved an ottoman, there was a chip underneath it, and when I shifted a side table, I found a pop-can pull tab on the floor. Those details suggest the room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. Hot water was another ongoing issue. Aside from my last day, water in both the sink and shower was lukewarm at best and often leaned more toward cold. The ice machine on my floor also stopped working after the first night. The front desk staff were adequate but not particularly welcoming—overall, they came across as disengaged. On one morning, the entire first floor smelled unpleasant, with industrial fans running to dry out an area, clearly due to some kind of backup. Later that same day, a fire truck was outside because the alarm had been triggered. On the positive side, the room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, especially with easy access to I-Drive by cutting through nearby parking lots, though there’s a sloped bank you have to climb with no railing or steps, which could be an issue for some. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, there were simply too many issues during this stay for me to consider returning. While there are some positives, they don’t outweigh the repeated maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort problems.

  Great Hotel - Not so good house keeping

  All in all this is a Good Hotel. Conveniently Located to all parks & I Drive, friendly front desk staff. Negative: House keeping needs to improve. I’m still yet to receive a refund from the hotel due to issues I had with house keeping during my stay. Hotels contact information needs to be more widely accessible online also.

  Really great place to reset

  Wonderful hotel with great staff. Everyone I interacted with was ever helpful and friendly. Very well maintained property, good breakfast, close to activities. I was very impressed and would say it’s a great place to stay for a quick trip.

  Wrestling and Waterpark

  Waterpark stay and wrestling ! Had a fun time here really wanted to stay here finally the rates are decent! Very clean property and all around ! We check in Friday the lady was nice gave us a high floor and took care of my friend who was arriving late. Got up to our room on 7th floor our room was ice cold when we went in! Beds very comfy ! Shower was great! Pool was good ! But tvs need to be bigger tbh ! Had a great time will definitely be back! Only flaw elevator was slow as hell! Room was very clean no bugs nothing!
