    Really great place to reset

    Wonderful hotel with great staff. Everyone I interacted with was ever helpful and friendly. Very well maintained property, good breakfast, close to activities. I was very impressed and would say it’s a great place to stay for a quick trip.

    Wrestling and Waterpark

    Waterpark stay and wrestling ! Had a fun time here really wanted to stay here finally the rates are decent! Very clean property and all around ! We check in Friday the lady was nice gave us a high floor and took care of my friend who was arriving late. Got up to our room on 7th floor our room was ice cold when we went in! Beds very comfy ! Shower was great! Pool was good ! But tvs need to be bigger tbh ! Had a great time will definitely be back! Only flaw elevator was slow as hell! Room was very clean no bugs nothing!

    Sneaky rip off parking. 22 bucks a day!

    What a scam. Third party parking charging 21.95 for parking at this trashy hotel. Stay somewhere else. Parking fee isn't not even on official Marriott site.

    Disappointing Experience – Not Up to Marriott Standards

    I selected this SpringHill Suites property while in Orlando for a basketball tournament at the Convention Center. We’ve been traveling all summer for AAU and consistently staying at SpringHill Suites, so we’re familiar with what to expect—simple, functional accommodations suitable for traveling teams. On our personal vacations, my family typically stays at JW Marriott-level properties, so we understand the range of Marriott offerings. That said, as a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I can confidently say this property falls far below acceptable standards. If this is a true Marriott property, it is in dire need of a full renovation—or honestly, a complete tear-down. If it’s operating under a franchise flag, Marriott should seriously reconsider allowing their name to remain associated with it. The only positive here is the location near the convention center. Beyond that, the rooms were dark, musty, and clearly outdated. I had to request a room change due to the strong odor. We had two rooms, and neither met even basic cleanliness or comfort expectations. My kids’ room was just worn and tired. My replacement room had stained linens—which, after a long day at the convention center, was unacceptable. I had to call for fresh sheets at 10 PM, and the staff’s attitude made it clear they weren’t pleased. Frankly, neither was I. I have no idea how this hotel maintains a 4.5-star rating. That level of rating is extremely misleading. This hotel simply does not represent the quality, service, or cleanliness expected from any Marriott-branded property
