Great stay!
Our stay was great. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. At check in by Victoria was professional and articulate. Front staff were all great! The resort was clean and well kept. Will definitely book a stay in the future.

The comfortable stay
One of the best front desk services I’ve had in months . All the women were very nice and professional to me and my wife. There was a women named Victoria and some other names I took down like Olman, Marisol,Wilna and Felia, they all were good help to us and attended us when ever we needed them the most didn’t matter the time of day . I would definitely stay again in the near future the rooms where a comfortable stay just hated to leave. Hope all is blessed for the building workers 🫡

Clean, quiet, great A/C!
I would definitely stay here again. It’s fairly basic but it was clean, QUIET, and the A/C was blasting. Nothing like coming back from a long day in the Florida heat to a chilly hotel room. They could use some basic decor updates to the carpeting, but overall things were in good shape. No mold or rust or bugs to be found! Bed was comfy and not super firm, thank god. I feel like there’s always kids running in the halls at the crack of dawn when I’m in Orlando (yes I know it’s the theme park capital of the US but we don’t need to slam doors and yell!) and I didn’t hear a peep in our hallway the entire 4 days we were there which was lovely! Parking is $13 a day which was mildly annoying but par for the course. Very easy walk to lots of restaurants and Walgreens. I had minimal interactions with the staff but they were all lovely and accommodating. Room had a sitting area with fridge and microwave which came in handy. My friend had breakfast one of the days and said it was good with a good amount of hot and cold options.

Great place for one night before the cruise
Despite other reviews on this hotel, we had absolutely no problems with our stay. It was a quick 15-20 minute or so drive/uber from the airport. Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and modern. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and quick. Our room was ready, clean, and stocked. The only critique is that there are not a ton of outlets in the room, or they are not near the desks or beds, but we made it work. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower room so that made getting ready with a larger party easier. The room has a little front area with a couch, desk, and fridge/coffee area. Then the second area has the bathroom, two beds, and a closet. The breakfast area had many places to sit, and the choices of breakfast were perfectly adequate. This hotel is located closer to the Orlando eye area, but is an easy uber drive away from other theme park properties. Staying farther away from main attractions saved us a little money on the room rate. We stayed here one night before our cruise from Port Canaveral. We were able to visit Disney Springs, and see a movie at the Regal Pointe just down the street. In the morning we arranged for a ride to Port Canaveral after eating breakfast at the hotel. Overall this hotel fit our needs for this trip and I would recommend this hotel.
