Sornam and Mr. Han) and Restaurant Manage, Mr. Jeron and Assistant Manager, Miss. Ellen, they finally got us a table that really made our day. Cheers! B. Food: Mr. Kevin (Chef). On 27.1.2025, when my wife ordered “Cobb Salad” and she did not wants to have blue cheese that comes with, Mr. Kelvin personally prepared the dish and specifically arranged olive oil and balsamic vinegar at the side for my wife. He really made our day. Cheers! Last but not least, we also want to take this opportunity to thanks the staff that working at the entrance of Marriott Hotel: Mr. Faizul and his teammates: (1.) Mr. Karl. (2.) Mr. Adam. (3.) Mr. Latiff and the rest of the team members. To help us to get taxi whenever we need taxi service and lent us umbrella during rainy day. Great Rooms and Location
This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Most everyone I interacted with was awesome. Check in was fast and efficient and the room had a very nice view of the pool. I really like the room layout here as well as the large bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to stay. Only issue was the restaurant staff. They were indifferent at best. I was halfway thru my food (buffet) before anyone asked me if I wanted a glass of water. I then ordered a soda that just never came. The next day I went down to see if I could buy some coffee at the cafe-which doesn't open until 0930, strange. Then when asking the restaurant staff if I could buy a coffee it took them 10 minutes and a huddle of four people to figure out that yes I could-for $12.

Excellent hotel
The location of this hotel is very good, and the Kowloon subway station is located at the exit 5th floor of the hotel, there are many food and grocery stores nearby, and it is convenient to go through several shopping malls. The hotel staff was very friendly, we arrived early, we just had a room, we didn't need to rush back, we want to thank the staff Ms Shane , very kind and friendly, smiling and more upgraded we to the 5th floor's Pool Terrace room, room big, with a bathtub and shower, just a few steps to the pool, no need to bring too much stuff. We can't wait to change swimsuits after playing in the pool for a long time, really very comfortable to relax, the evening is also the fourth floor of the 24-hour open Fitness center to do connections, the facilities are also perfect, but also provide green apples to guests, breakfast is very rich, variety, and quality, although only stayed a night, but we really don't want to go out, enjoy a very great holiday.

Excellent Marriott property !!
One of the best hotels in Marriott portfolio on the iconic Orchard Road. The benefits for Titanium member are great including suite upgrade- excellent executive lounge and it gets busy so plan accordingly. Breakfast option in both main restaurant and lounge. Great spread including local, indian, singaporean and chinese dishes. Staff are generally courteous. There is a 'hidden' club on lobby floor. Great to join if you like cocktails !

In desperate need of a refresh and tuneup in terms of quality and service.
Disappointed high priced, very poor food and service. Elevators do not function properly and hotel lacks staff., in particular the Crossroads Cafe. Great location, but given the high price, and lack of quality and service, it is best to stay off Orchard road at a more suitable location. Orchard Road was known for its buzz and that has now disappeared as other locations within Singapore have become more common. Was once a great property, but now is dated.
