Marriott Fans Club
I should give them 5 stars as per I really love Marriott bed that make me fall in love Marriott brands since I visited Marriott on 2016 in Bangkok. But at here more difference there overcrowd that not much important because this is prime location in Singapore. My concern is staff was not friendly and always missed my information since email booking until check out, made me feeling upset with the service here. But I still love the bed of Marriott, after heavy shopping it's make me more relax and recharged myself for next morning.

Excellent Breakfast, Perfect Shopping Location
Beautiful hotel that is directly located in the heart of shopping. Thank you Tan Cheng Chwee for the customized omlettes, socializing, and superior service! Superior service with elite status recognition. Top notch breakfast and M lounge for business and status. Clean rooms and fast WiFi. Overall excellent hotel and well worth the stay.

Only location makes this above 3 star
In my view the only winning point of this hotel is location. Elevators are old and slow. Rooms are a bit dated. M club is not good in service . there are better 5 star hotels elsewhere. Room walls are thin . There are hardly any recognition on marriott bonvoy.

Extra mile service!
I had a 1 night staycation yesterday with family. Upon entering, the lobby was actually very noisy as we could hear the host for the wedding banquet upstairs. However the service more than made up for it. Divya from front desk was very accomodating and helpful. The checkin process was very smooth and even though she was busy handling 2 trainees, she was calm and professional. She had assigned us rooms next to each other and very near the lift, making it convenient for my elderly parents to access the rooms. Furthermore later in the evening, I had lost a document and seeked help from her to reprint. She immediately offered to help to print and even delivered it to the buffet restaurant where I was having dinner with my family! I had never experienced this, even when staying at RC Millenia. Joey one of the waitresses at Crossroads was also very helpful and nice. My father's sinus was acting up and she was so patient in providing us with many serviettes and also diligent in clearing every table's plates, plus serving teas/coffees, all with a smile on her face and cheerful 'you're welcome'. Thank you for the great experience!

5 Stars Hospitality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We booked the Marriott Tang Plaza for three nights; however when we turned up there was a confusion in the booking and the hotel was fully booked. We had to be routed to the Westin Singapore for 1 night, and were welcomed back for the next two nights. The reception team ( the ladies specially) went above and beyond to offer solutions, figure out logistics and help us throughout the 3 nights. They even kept in touch with the Westin Team to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Wonderful hospitality! I wish them the very best!
