Great Experience in hosting an event at the hotel.
A VERY BIG thank you to Tanya Spencer, Director of Catering, and her incredible staff for once again assisting with my company's celebration. Tanya was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist in every way possible. She ensured we had everything we needed before and during the celebration and even followed up afterward to confirm our satisfaction. I truly appreciate her kind spirit and her dedication to bringing our vision to life. Despite managing two other events simultaneously, Tanya took the time to check in with us on the day/night of our event, making sure everything was running smoothly and giving each group the same level of care and attention. Hats off to her amazing team—Rica, Angel, and the dinner wait staff—for their outstanding support and teamwork. Your dedication to your customers and your craft did not go unnoticed. Horrible Service
We stayed at your hotel for 1 night. So, when we were checking in the hotel, we waited in the Marriott Bonvoy line because it was the only line open. The purpose of paying yearly for the card to get priority services and perks was not happening there. There was 1 clerk and 10 stations, 6 people online and it took over 30 minutes to check in. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed according to the clerk, even though people were still there drinking and talking. Your gift store / snack store was closed.

Affordable stay within a short walk to the LAX terminals
The Sheraton Gateway was fine for my quick overnight stay. I stayed there because it was $100 cheaper than the nicer Marriott LAX a bit further down the road, on that night. The location is great a short walk away from the terminals. There was a 15-minute check-in line at 11pm. The common areas, elevators and hallways have seen better days. My room was clean and of a good size. The bed felt tired and was just ok. I had a room with view on the parking lot and though I am a bonvoy elite I was not upgraded to a room with airport view. The elite lounge on the 15th floor had had comfortable seating, nice views and a serviceable breakfast.

Great room upgrade. Easy to walk to hotel from LAX Airport. Great restaurant on site with clean and comfortable rooms. Thanks Esmeralda for the room upgrade from your Alaska Pilots. I would recommend this hotel for all your travel needs this holiday season.
