  Claudia was amazing, others can learn from her. 😊

  I worked with Claudia before we left on our cruise and I looked for her when we returned from our cruise. We arrived about 9;00 a.m didn’t get the name of the gal who was working at that time. Whoever she was needs to follow Claudia for a day or more. To learn how to treat a customer. She was not very kind or understanding. We arrived a little early from our cruise and I asked her if we could do an early check in. She said, “no” but you can come back after 12:00. I felt as if I were bothering her. I was willing to pay early check in as I did on my first visit on February 27. Anyway, when I seen Claudia’s beautiful and kind smile. I went straight to her. She got my husband and I in a room by 10:40 am. I was so grateful for her, because we were both exhausted from our cruise. Thank you Claudia for going above and beyond for us, we will always remember you. It is people like you that make Sheraton a place to want to come back too.

  Great for close to airport!

  We spent one night here on our way to Fiji. All was to a good standard. Room was nice and we ate in the restaurant. The lobby was more comfortable then waiting at a the airport !

While the general decor leans towards functional, our room was clean, well-appointed, and provided a quiet respite. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure. For its strategic location and the solid value it offers, this hotel is an excellent option for a stress-free overnight stay. It delivers dependable comfort without unnecessary frills.

  Extra cleaning fee secretly added

  Watch out because housekeeping will secretly charge your credit card for extra cleaning and not inform you. I travel a lot for work and this is the first time having this issue. Spent days trying to figure why they just tacked on a made up charge to my bill. Finally get ahold of the housekeeping manager (the actual hotel managers kept blaming the housekeeping manager) and she said my room had issues and when she said the room number of 929 I stated very nicely "I was in room 959" and get this....she didnt believe me until she looked it up. She then didnt reverse the charge and I am in the process of disputing it with my credit card. Bonvoy customer service was no help even though I am an executive platinum member. Oh well. Take pictures of your room before leaving. Good luck!

  Comfortable, clean, and with a great view

  The hotel is quite comfortable and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the cleanliness was very good throughout the stay, and the view is a nice plus that you can really enjoy. Overall, the experience was positive. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great to expand the variety of the buffet. Other than that, it’s a very good option and I would stay here again without any issue.
