  BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

  Our Family has travelled everywhere, and still this hotel is our FAVORITE with the BEST SERVICE we have ever received anywhere! Thank you again for another incredible stay! From the moment we pull into the valet parking, until the moment they pack our luggage back into our vehicle the service is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Very clean, efficient, central to everything-by far the best Marriott!! Thank you for continuing to make our visits pleasurable and memorable! We will see you again next month! Would never stay anywhere else!

  location is awesome

  I was fortunate enough to attend a conference that took place in the Sheraton Hotel. It was in excellent location and One Stop Shop for everything we needed. I loved exploring the PATH as well. The hotel was very well laid out it was Modern and had everything that was needed for our stay there. The view from my room was excellent very close to the Eaton Center and Nathan Phillips Square so got to get my steps in and wander around the city a little. I did not use the pool but I could see it from my room.

  Fair to poor.

  I requested a junior suite for a 2 night stay, and initially I was booked into a very small room although it was a suite. I requested a larger room and was booked into a room adjacent to a mechanical room which was very noisy and our room had no heat. The second day there was still no heat and our room was not attended by housekeeping , so we had to make a request at the front desk. We have always had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, so I was very disappointed in the service and accommodations this trip.

  Convenient & easy!

  I love staying here! The front desk staff have been so kind year after year (I go annually for the Nutcracker ballet - the location is SO great for this). This year Marc made sure we had a view of the CN Tower (my fave, I miss it after moving out of Toronto 8 years ago) and early check in ahead of the ballet. I love the lobby & the rooms are nice as well. A great stay in the City.
