Hits all the marks for a great hotel stay
This was my 3rd stay at this Sheraton over the last couple of years and again it was just lovely. This hotel is a hotel that does what it says it will do. The staff is present and quick to serve - and there is always enough staff at the different required positions whether it is check in, bell/doorman service and the housekeeping crew. You don’t have to look for service. Rooms are showing their age BUT are beyond comfortable and clean. Stayed on 11th floor with 2 rooms booked each looking at City Hall. Traffic noise wasn’t that bad but can confirm that old City Hall bell tolls on the hour every hour! Easy access to all major points of interest downtown. A nice 15 minute (ish) walk to Scotiabank Arena/Rogers Centre and LOTS of options to go eat all around. Will stay here again when in Toronto.

An excellent base for a Toronto adventure..!!
A very impressive and well appointed hotel. The staff are warm and friendly, the check-in process was efficient despite being really busy. Our room on the 35th floor had excellent views of the city, was clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent base for our visit to Toronto..!!

Noise Noise Noise
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating but that doesn’t make up for the horrific noise issues. Was in a corner room on the 27th floor and the elevator (maybe service elevator??) was unbearable and knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep with the noise. Asked to move to a quieter room. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating but moved me to even a worse room facing Nathan Phillips square and construction banging happening until 1am. What happen to the 11pm noise by-law? Ended up using ear plugs and still horrible night sleep. Old hotel and rooms are not quiet between walls or outside noise. Do not suggest unless the location is your priority.

Favorite Hotel
This is my family's favorite hotel as they always promote to stay at this prestigious property and made sure that we booked every time I paid a visit to Toronto. Fantastic option both for business/leisure trip. Location is perfect, very centric and Toronto signage is just behind the hotel. The lobby is lovely, luxurious modern touch and magnificent atrium of nature with daylight. The facilities are great, spacious rooms, excellent beds and amazing views especially at night. Though there was a mishap during our recent stay in December due to miscommunication with hotel staff which was later resolved, truly grateful for the immediate attention of Sharon and Maridel... Kudos to the new GM - Mr Peter Gillis and team. Really happy with the service and shall return whilst continue promoting this beautiful property towards our friends and community. Good value for money, worth it!

Bonvoy ambassador review - property is just so-so
Bonvoy ambassador member I checked in last night. The hotel did not ask me if I wanted the points or a welcome gift. There was no amenity in the room which is normally available to me. I asked to upgrade to a junior suite, however the front desk agent advised me none was available, this despite being able to go online and book a suite for a new fee. After I checked in, I was given two keys that didn't work. I had to go back downstairs and get a key activated. When I asked again about an upgrade she said to "ask tomorrow." After I got into my room we decided to leave a day early. I messaged to the front desk. They proceeded to check me out for today! So this morning I have to visit the front desk a third time to make the change. Lounge offerings are meh compared to other properties. Rooms are small and dated. I've stayed at this property several times before and found it just so-so but thought I'd give it a try again. They really lack of the usual Bonvoy experience and we likely won't stay here again. Many better options for price.
