Mid Market Tired Noisy Hotel
It is a typical Sheraton Hotel, that has limited amenities as per its Bonvoy branding. I have been staying at the Sheraton off and on for the past 20 years and have watched its slow decline. It's clientele are budget tourists, and sales people. It is a tired facility, in a district that has a problem with petty crime and the social issues associated with the unhoused and vagrants. There were people sleeping on ventilation grates and beggars at every corner, so it is best that one not go out alone at night. When I arrived at 9 PM, the hotel was busy and noisy, but my checkin went smoothly. The Marriott organization checkin of 3 PM and checkout of 11 AM, is unreasonable. Even as a Bonvoy Gold level holder, it is near impossible to obtain a change in these times. Luckily my flights fit this time restriction. I stayed here because of my Bonvoy membership, but I think my next stay will be at the Hilton up the street, which is a bit more upscale for a similar room rate. Didn't bother with the breakfast as it did not appear to be a good value proposition or particularly interesting.

Business trip for 3 days
Wonderful stay. Tania was very welcoming and helpful on arrival, and everyone I encountered was very friendly, making my stay enjoyable start to finish. There is a very good dry sauna, huge swimming pool and the hotel is tremendously convenient to get food, shopping or anywhere you want to get in the city. Highly recommend.

Big but good
The hotel is big, but plenty of staff on hand. Waiter Barry at the restaurant was lovely and helpful. Would recommend or visit again.

We were very impressed with the Sheraton
We stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton, 2x nights as part of our Emerald Cruise Tour, and were very impressed, location was fantastic, we had a great view from our room overlooking the Nathan Phillips Square, breakfast was included as part of our tour, being Gluten Free sometimes has it challenges while travelling, but I was well catered for, Gluten Free bread was available ( only hotel we stayed at that GF bread on our tour) they even had Gluten Free muffins, we also had a Welcome dinner included, and they provided me with a Gluten Free Pasta meal and a beautiful dessert, there was a restaurant and bar downstairs, which we went to several times, a cafe where you could get descent coffee, and an escalator that took you to the underground shops.
