Great location and nice rooms
I stayed 3 nights when traveling for work. The hotel was very busy especially given the Taylor Swift concert in town the first night of my stay! There was a fire alarm that went off at around 5 am and although we didn't have to evacuate our floor, the alarm went off for an hour or so with repeated announcements. Obviously this could not be helped but it was rather annoying. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location of the hotel was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I requested a late check-out until noon which could not be accommodated due to high capacity which was fine except that the housekeeper started knocking on my door to clean my room 25 minutes before 11! I told her I needed a few more minutes and she looked surprised like I was inconveniencing her by not letting her come in to clean right away. I hadn't checked out yet so I'm not sure why she thought I was finished with my room. It was very strange and annoying and then I felt all rushed to get out of my room faster (which I did around 10:50).

Great Downtown Hotel Experience, with Exceptional Club Lounge
Centrally located, excellent check-in experience, nicely appointed room,(particularly corner rooms on a high floor) very comfortable bed, great views from upper floors, large indoor/outdoor pool, large fiteness center. If you are able, splurge for Club Lounge privileges (good for two people, so even if you are in town solo for a conference, etc, you can invite a friend to join you for breakfast or dinner or drinks) -- on the 43rd floor, lots of space, elegant, with spectacular views, creative small plates buffet, bar, and excellent service. Breakfast in Club Lounge is delish, too, and you can go to the Lounge the entire time it is open -- not just for breakfast and dinner hours. A large hotel, but has boutique hotel qualities, particularly if you opt for Club Lounge privileges.

Good Choice for Corporate Travelers
This is a very large, very noisy, very busy corporate hotel in a good location within walking distance to many restaurants. I stayed on the 38th floor looking out at the CN Tower (the echo of outside traffic sounds bouncing between the high rise buildings was like hearing a train passing through every few minutes). I was warned at check in, so it was expected (would be bothersome for light sleepers). The rooms are spacious with large windows, and a desk including high speed internet access. One minor complaint as a female business traveler: the lighting in the bathroom is not conducive to applying makeup; though it does have a magnifying mirror.

Great place
Beautiful hotel, centrally located in downtown and walkable distance to major sites and venues. The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were very professional and courteous. Loved the small coffeeshop in the lobby that had a great lineup of coffees mixed with shots of espresso!

Nice location
Stayed in Toronto for a couple of days to see an exhibition that was in town. Hotel was walking distance to many things. Used PATH to get to the CN tower which was nice to stay out of the heat. Room was comfortable and we had no complaints. Water bottles were provided and refreshed during out room cleaning. Huge lobby to hang out in with some stores and access to stores along the PATH. I suggest parking across the street at City Hall to save money.
