Engineering department
Mr Emir from the engineering department was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay at the hotel. He promptly fixed an issue with the AC in my room and ensured everything was working perfectly. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a lasting impression. Truly a great asset to the hotel!

Great stay. Perfect location for dining, theater, and more
Great location. Nice views. All the amenities you need. We had a great time here. The pool in winter is half inside, half outside which my son loved. Hotel also provides easy access to the path underground for warmer walking, shopping, and coffee. Was a great base of operations for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend.

Best Hotel in Toronto Downtown.
Its a 5 star hotel and went there with my brother and family. The location is just great. Its 5 minutes walking distance to the Eaton Centre mall, the bayshore mall, and most of the restaurants and shopping district. The city park is right there. Best part I liked about the Hotel is there Lounge. Best place to sit and relax have breakfast, have juice, tea, water and sit quietly and work on your laptop while looking at the amazing mesmerising view of the Toronto city skyline. Their rooms are very nice, the service is very good, they have very good breakfast spread and options. Everything was perfect. Superb.

Good location but old hotel in need of refurb
Good location in the city centre and about an hours drive in traffic from the airport. Check in staff very nice and the check in process was smooth, but not much explained on where things were in the hotel. Room was very old and dated. Brown carpet, brown wall paper, old furniture, but it was spacious and warm. Bed comfy, iron and ironing board, coffee making facilities and water provided. Bathroom shower was fine but they still use shower curtains. The water pipe noises during the night were constant and you can hear other guests in the corridor banging doors, but I didn't hear any traffic noise on the 25th floor. Do not disturb room signs are still the flimsy old paper signs that have a tendency to fall of the handle when you open or close the door. Wardrobe was a cupboard with a door, like an extremely small spare room, not a proper fitted wardrobe, and it's poorly designed with a shelf right across the middle, so you can't hang long items like dresses properly. WiFi was not very good and kept dropping out. Breakfast was a very strange affair. No buffet as you'd expect in this part of the world. Just a few tables to the back of the main entrance hall with waiter service. No one to greet you so I spent a while wondering if I was even in the right place. In the end I decided to order room service instead. It's the same menu and a very nice lady bought everything up in boxes and a bag within about 20mins of ordering. All in all an OK but dated hotel in a good location of Toronto.

BED BUGS
BED BUGS I was there for a business event from sunday-tuesday. On Monday during our courses I went up stairs to grab something from our room to find a bed bug crawling on my bed. We then missed half of our event due to the staff 'trying to move our rooms'. They offered to clean out clothes, they did clean three of my staff members but lost my bag of clothes which I had to fight for them to find. They claim they don't have bed bugs due to their results coming back negative but I didn't kill the one we found and it was red so it had also fed on us. A girl in another room got bitten on her face which then got infected. A terrible experience and complete waste of money. Since it came back negative they will not be taking any further action to kill the bed bugs there since they have 'none'. I do have photo and video evidence of this which I will provide these photos as it's clear that they are not being mistaken by other types of bugs
