Convenient Downtown SF Hotel
Property is modern, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel if you’re here for work/business. But not a place I would book again if I was looking for a relaxing weekend away. There’s only one restaurant which is only open for a breakfast buffet and dinner. No room service available. Pros: - In walking distance to the Moscone Center, Target, MOMA, and Bloomingdale’s (closing soon) - Modern and clean rooms - Fantastic staff - Black out curtains Cons: - Not many great restaurants in the hotel - No room service or many amenities - Hotel is located in downtown so it’s surrounded by one ways which may cause delays when calling Lyft/Uber/taxi

Wonderful Choice — Congratilations to this property for delivering!
The hotel is in a great location, and the neighboring streets were clean and safe. Great choice to park across street at yerba buena garage (5th and mission). Hotel is updated, efficient, stylish, clean and the staff is motivated and welcoming. Lots of amenities onsite and a great top floor bar. Great value. Good for business or for enjoying beautiful San Francisco. a fun fact. this hotel opened on 10/17/1989, the day of the loma prieta earthquake. it sailed through that dramatic grand opening with shining colors. yes it has been recently updated

Worst customer experience for a business traveler
Worst customer service. Upon check-in, the receptionist did not explain anything. He did not ask me if I am a member to enter my info to use free internet. He did not give me a map, which later I saw they have plenty in the back. Worst of all, my employer had sent credit card authorization well in advance, which they did not honor at check-in and I had to provide my own credit card. Not recommended for business travelers. Early in the morning of check-out, the secretary resends them the business credit card info. When I went to check out, everybody at the reception argued they have not received it, including the manager on duty. The manager could not find it, even though it was sent the same morning. This hotel can give a headache to a business traveler. I even showed them an email confirming it was sent, but that did not help. Either there is something wrong in their system or their staff do not know where to look. They were rude in their attitude, blaming it on our secretary, asking me to ask her to send it again. If you are a business traveler, go to another hotel and spare yourself the headache. I had to deal with it both at check-in and check-out.

One of the really good hotels downtown SFO
Great location, Great rooms, modern, good beds and a great in room service and staff. Rooms were kept clean and there was an eye for detail. The food options were excellent, the parking was a bit over the top expensive but hey you had a garage (mission and 5th street) right opposite. Overall I would highly recommend this place for staying and also chilling out in the city. The highlight was the rooftop bar !! absolutely amazing cocktails with a great view!!

Poor value for money
The inly reason to stay here is the conference center close by. The hotel is huge and bland. The quality is very average. Service is non existent, during my five day stay my room was not serviced even once, for a price of close to 400 USD per night. I am sure there mist be better options in this great city.
