Big Resort Terrible Service
The service was terrible. This was our 5th stay at all inclusive resort in the Mayan Riviera (Mexico) always at a different resort. This resort is BIG! While getting to and from your room via the hallways it feels like miles long. There are elevators, escalators and ramps but tons of walking required. There are lots of pool and restaurant options. The food was excellent! All that is great however the staff, especially bartenders were not friendly, they seemed understaffed and couldn’t keep up with the line ups, no eye contact, no smile and no effort to engage. The main floor lobby has beautiful views to take in the sunrise. This is the first resort I’ve experienced where you can also see the sunset.

Concierge service
The concierge was amazing and Alexis handled every aspect of our dilemma and solved it so very well. He helped us so greatly and was so fast to solve our dilemma. The hotel is good too. The food was amazing and the buffet was very nice and a lot of different options for food

Wonderful
What an amazing experience. The hotel was immaculate. The staff from the off were superb. Unable to fault any meal we had. My personal favourite was the steakhouse. The guys working behind the diamond class beach bar were brilliant. The drinks were excellent quality. The beaches and grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool and room butlers were great! Everything we asked for was always there on time. The only draw back is the location. Taxis are expensive if you want to leave the complex.

Salon-Up do!
Sarai at the salon was wonderful. Did both my hair and my daughters for my other daughter’s wedding. She listened, looked at the picture I brought and executed it perfectly! She was friendly and personable. Would go back! #devonandmarck2025 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Poor quality resort
Pros: beach is beautiful, restaurants are amazing (if you can get a reservation), rooms are mostly good. Cons: buffet food is not great, we ordered room service breakfast one day and it took nearly 3 hours and was cold, lots of construction (noisy), nearly every chair at the pool or beach is ‘reserved’ by 9am but most sit empty for most of the day or all day. We got the room with balcony jacuzzi but it is not well maintained at all - water comes out orange for the first minute or so, tub is dirty, jets are extremely filthy, don’t waste your money on these rooms. The hotel also has a sewer smell in most areas. Also, it may just be this area of Mexico, but most staff expected tips for everything and you were treated poorly if you didn’t tip. Also found the spa to be ridiculously overpriced - a couples massage was $450 usd / $650 cad Overall: would not recommend
