Butler service was outstanding! Pools and beach were clean and well kept! Lots of food options A special shout out to Arturio and Marisol! They were superb with regard to all of our reservations, questions, and making sure our ice bucket was full when we needed it!

Great overall experience at the Royalton CHIC! I got the luxury presidential sunset suite, kind of wish I had gotten the ocean view but the sunset side still had a great view. The room itself had all the best amenities and AC worked really good. My two butler's Iran & Sandra were the best! They were available to help with every little thing I needed! Really fun roof top day foam party, though the hotel did seem to shut down early most evening around 10pm. My only true complaints are: the quality of the food, (all the restaurants inside the hotel had bland food surprising since I love Mexican cooking.) And the surprisingly expensive cost of everything extra, massages, topshelf liquor ect... I've been to other all inclusive resorts in other countries and felt like those were truly all inclusive. Royalton CHIC I felt like I still needed to carry my wallet around everywhere I went

Classy resort, excellent service
Royalton Chic is a wonderful resort. Carlos (pool) and Gilbert (butler) were fabulous. Food was fantastic. The beach is all sand, not like other resorts we’ve stayed at. The only downfall is the elevators skip floors, during peak hours expect to wait up to 5 minutes before one arrives. (Or take the stairs)

Excited for return to Royalton Chic Cancun
Our trip to Royalton Chic Cancun was truly outstanding . High winds and cloudy skies did not damper the high spirited vibe we felt the entire week. Incredible vistas from our ocean view room, above average dining options and attention to our daily needs were contributing factors in our desire for a return trip in the spring. However, most of all, our butlers, Samara and Esteban, deserve the highest praise in making this a very special getaway. Other employees who extended warmth and made us feel welcome were Juan, Nelson, Fernando, Jaime, and Evidal and so many more. We are anticipating another wonderful stay in 2026.
