    Best on the beach, and yes, Diamond Club is worth it!

    This was our 4th consecutive year to Royalton Chic Cancun, and once again, it did not disappoint! Stayed 9 nights and purchased Diamond Club, and was worth every penny! Amongst our group, consensus was that we all noticed an improvement in the food quality and facility upkeep. It was never bad, but seemed to have received added attention to the details this year. With all of this a plus, there is no denying that the icing is the staff! They all remember us from being repeat guests, and cater to your every need. To make sure they hear their praises, those employees who are closest, and go the extra mile every time, all the time, are Kuri, Cesar, Diego, Efrain, Mauricio, Sergio and Estefania (Stef) Cruz. Continues to be the best all-around adults-only, all inclusive resort on the row! You won't be disappointed!

    10/10 service. We love Samara & Arturo!!

    I traveled with 3 friends and we all upgraded to the Diamond Club membership. Well worth it in my opinion! The service our entire stay was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, it was wonderful. We had two favorite waiters by the pool ( Alejandro & Luis) who were our favorites! They remembered us every day and made sure our drinks were never empty! This was my first time having a "butler" experience and it was fantastic! Samara & Arturo were so so nice and went above and beyond for us. It was always a pleasure to run into them around the resort and they always checked on us to see if we needed anything at all. Lovely people🥰

    Butler service

    We did diamond club and received great service from Arturo and Samara throughout our trip. They made reservations easy, answered all of our questions, and went out of their way to find us throughout the day and check in! It truly was a great experience!

    This is our 3rd year at Royalton Chic, Cancun. My husband & I felt so much Love and Friendship!!! Thank you! Sandra Varela Baldwin & Iràn Mendez Barreran, (our Butlers) met our every need and welcomed us back. Took care of all of our dinner reservations, made sure we had everything we needed. Everyday greeting us with smiles and fabulous servicel. Archie (Elements) Dorante(Elements) greeted us each day at the buffet with a table set with flowers just for us. Amazing service for breakfast every day, gracious and met our every need. Ricardo @ (Sky) remembered us from the last 2 years and treated us like Royalty. Luis our server made sure we had everything we needed to drink and eat at the pool or the lobby when it rained. Christian Banks (DJ) & Luigi (DJ) entertained us and remembered everyones' names, made us feel like family. We loved Karaoke and sang whenever they did it. Royalton doesn't miss a beat. Shows every night. Foam parties in the main pool we loved and workout everyday in the main pool as well. We participated in what we enjoyed. We will be back next year. Royalton Chic is like our vacation home. We felt like VIP's. Diamond Club is the way to go. You all treated us like VIP's. Oh, loved the hydrotherapy pool and massages!

    Had an amazing stay at Royalton Chic

    We had an amazing time during our stay and would definitely go back! We were really happy with the accommodations and the service we received. I had a little trouble navigating their app at times but the response was really fast whenever we requested anything to our room or used the chat function. Really enjoyed all the restaurants but Nelson and Antonio at Vespa in particular were outstanding! The daily activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well! We really appreciated Arianny's service at the beach also. The kickboxing class run by Esteban was great as well.
