    The Christmas food selection was amazing (lobster)!The Grinch’s arrival on a Harley motorcycle with his helpers was incredible.

    I recommend it to everyone! Child-free! We stayed for 10 days, with varied programs and food every single day. Friendly staff: Alex, Diego, Nelly, and the bartenders!

    Amazing Resort but 5 hrs waisted on Elevator waits

    AVOID RESORT- This is an amazing hotel but I will never go back. Just like the other reviews have said you wait and wait for the Elevators. We added it up for a 7 night stay and waiting 15-30 mins each time for the Elevator time to get one to get to you floor after stopping at every floor we waisted 5 hours of our week just waiting. Others have said this also and also on the video reviews Also with Cold and FLU these elevators are JAM packed full each time as everyone is waiting. Yes I caught a cold after I left. Germ spreader. SOLUTION: other resorts have done this, very simple fix 1. Repair your broken one ASAP, and repair ASAP if they break agian 2. Set one side for Floors says 1-6 and other side for rest of floors. Put a sign up saying these elevators do not stop on 1-6 for example HOW THIS SOLVES the PROBLEM. You then get EXPRESS Elevators to say floors 1-6 and 7 to what ever. You can tune what floors easy with Signs and programing as some may take stairs to floors 2 anyway. CONCLUSION: one of the best but elevator is a no go. If you have a booking CALL Marriot right now and ask them to fix the elevators or move your RSVP

    We went for 6 full days it was an amazing trip! Went with the whole family staff was excellent

    Iran and Sandra were amazing Butlers for us! They were so helpful in every way! The trip was amazing we will definitely be going back.
