Great vacation
We booked diamond club. Everything was great. We had very few hiccups and the resort took care of them ASAP. Beach was spectacular 10/10 no seaweed and extremely clear. Loved every minute. Food was 8/10..resort was kept extremely clean at all times. If you are diamond club best beach butler ever and I mean EVER is Gustavo. This man will go above and beyond to make your beach day perfect. Such a lovely lovely person. Diamond club pool is heated the other pools are not. You will not be disappointed with this place.

I had the best butlers
I had a truly wonderful time at the resort, which exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. My butlers, Arturo and Samara, were exceptional and played a significant role in making my stay so enjoyable. Their attentiveness and personalized service truly made me feel special and well-cared for, enhancing my overall experience and deepening my appreciation for the resort. The culinary offerings were delightful, with a diverse menu that included a variety of delicious dishes. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors were vibrant enough to truly savor every bite. I found myself looking forward to dining experiences, as the food was consistently good and satisfying. Overall, my experience at the resort can be rated an 8 out of 10. While there were a few minor aspects that could have been improved, the outstanding service from Arturo and Samara, along with the quality of the food, made my stay memorable. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the time spent there, and I would certainly consider returning in the future.

It's okay.
Stayed Dec 10-17 (not Diamond Club). PROS - Very clean resort. - Elena, Sergio, the aqua fit man (Stefan?) and the photo taking man - these individuals went way above and beyond servicing the patrons with extreme enthusiasm and always a smile on their face. All the restaurant hostesses were also all extremely pleasant. - Rooms are spacious, well laid out and have the most comfortable bed of any hotel we've ever stayed at. - Amenities in the bathroom are very plentiful. - Big pool and swim-up bar. - Nice beach, no seaweed, turquoise blue water and plenty of sun beds. - Easy to maneuver around the hotel (and not too large). - Food (and bar service) available at poolside everyday. - Good room views from both sides of the building. - Lots of towels. CONS - Upon entering the hotel, there is a strong perfume smell that was irritating to the nose and throat. Not sure why or what they are covering up? - The elevators are small and slow and necessary to get to all rooms (no stair access to hotel rooms). Restaurants are on the 2nd and 3rd floors which can be accessed by stairs but most people used the elevators. - It is mandatory to make reservations for all restaurants (except buffet) using their app that you download after checking in. If not done in the morning (or the day before), you will miss out booking good times (ie. 6:00, 7:00). The app did not work on the last two days of our stay and we were told to go to the restaurant itself and make a booking. Not ideal when having to wait for elevators all the time. - Sun loungers around the pool are hard to get. If you don't get down by 7:30-8:00, good chance you won't get a lounger. There are seating sets around the pool that are reserved for those who wish to pay. Most days these stayed empty while everyone else crammed around them. - The food is okay but not great. Even though there were technically more pros than cons, we would most likely not return back to this hotel.

Get Ricardo if you can!
We have been to many all inclusive resorts. This was our first time in Cancun but our 7th trip to Mexico. The royalton was hands down the best place we have stayed. The food!! Holy cow. For an all inclusive the food was so so good!!! We splurged and did diamond club. It came with Butler service and I thought to myself oh we probably won’t use that. Boy was I wrong. Our Butler Ricardo was amazing!!! He made all our dinner reservations, helped us with any questions we had, sent us the days activities every morning, and so much more. We loved having him!! He made the trip 10 times better!!! We even took a picture with him before leaving! Not sure if you can request a Butler but get Ricardo if you can!!! We will def be back to this resort.

Excellent service
My stay at the Royalton Chic was everything I hoped for. Check in was effortless, was accommodated when I asked for an ocean room at check in. Was introduced to my wonderful Butler Ricardo who took very good care of me throughout my stay. He was very kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Truly a gem. Gracias Ricardo! The resort has a vast array of restaurants, activities and entertainment. Very clean establishment. Gustavo at the Diamond pool/ lounge chairs was also amazing. I was nervous traveling and staying solo, however everyone at The Royalton Chic made my stay comfortable, I felt safe and had a great relaxing time. Also the Spa is excellent, my masseuse Miram I think her name is, was amazing! I will definitely be back! Thank you.
