My great bar staff
Berry,BiancaG and kennordo are the best staff by far. They made me feel at home. They all made sure my boyfriend and I were well taken cared of every time we came to the bar. The drinks they made were by far amazing I’d say the best drinks I’ve ever had

Returning Customers
Our trip was absolutely amazing! The staff were always so attentive and accommodating. Berry, the evening bartender and the rest of the staff at the lobby bar were such great hosts. He kept everyone engaged, super upbeat, and made great drinks. Would highly recommend if you want to have a good time. Great experience!

Avoid at all costs
Got home today 19th November Where do I start. Arrived after a long flight from uk to be greeted by a film crew outside the entrance apparently some so called reality stars were arriving from a programme called jersey shores in the US. That was the beginning of a nightmare week. At reception we was not greeted by a welcome drink after a long trip. First impression of the room was good but found the tv was not working reported immediately, this was not sorted until our 5th day. Although they were aware we were travelling with a baby there was not one in the room on arrival then had to wait 4 hours with a tired baby that needed to go to bed. We were disturbed daily by this film crew around the hotel, no warning they were filming and they were rude. Actually moving everyone out of the pool so they could film a scene. Their language was really bad and I was there with my daughter and children, so much swearing..was concerned the children had been filmed I. The background. Food was tasteless, some of the restaurant staff rude, ran out of drinks and some items of food. We ate twice at the so called a la carte restaurants both times we had over 1 hour wait for the food and then it was very unremarkable. They ran out of wine!!!! There was building works going on around the pool and they closed the lazy river a couple of days into stay for more refurb work. The hotel offers free kayaking and snorkelling but went to the water sports area and was all locked up was told by one of the lifeguards it’s been closed for ages… grandaughter was very disappointed as was I. The door to take you out to the back of the hotel to get to pools and beach is a revolving door with a separate door on the side for pushchairs etc. this door was closed after day 1 with a sign saying do not use and was not fixed the whole time I was there, have you ever tried getting a pushchair in and out of a revolving door??? I got stuck in there with the push chair and the guest services staff just watched me struggle. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and far from Montego Bay even though advertised as being in mo bay. We flew package with tui and the tui rep was crap not helpful, miserable etc annabel was her name, no welcome meeting etc.. I will be complaining separately to tui about this trip. This was my tenth time visiting Jamaica and will certainly go again because I love it here but will never go back to this hotel. All I was thinking was if this was someone’s first time here they would be put off from returning to this beautiful island. The hotel is supposed to be 5 star but it absolutely isn’t and is definable not value for money . We paid nearly £2k each for a week so not cheap. I work hard for my money and I am not a rich person. We travelled as a family with children and expected a fun packed week and was bitterly disappointed. Oh one more thing the entertainment is abysmal and the hotel has absolutely no vibe. Changed the entertainment without warning we all bought white outfits for the white party and this was changed with no notice or warning kids we’re disappointed If you are looking at going to Jamaica with your family avoid this place don’t say I didn’t warn you

Awesome bartender
Berry at the lobby bar is absolutely fantastic and entertaining. Bianca g is great as well. The Royalton hotel is great for family. The beach is beautifully and white sand. The people at the resort are great. Make sure to book you restaurants in advance.
