Omain served the best cheesecake I ever got my grubby little fingers on. He sat with me and talked me through my social anxiety of eating with my hands. Very nice staff and very good service.

Nov 06, 2026Mosquitoes ruined my trip
This is the third time I have stayed at a Royalton property. Let’s start off with the good….I enjoyed the staff and especially my butlers Lennox and Denton. They were simply AMAZING! Terry-Ann was my server at the Diamond Club beach again she was AMAZING! No request went unanswered and I thank them for that. I love Caribbean food and music so I was in my element ☺️ Now the not so good 😏…. We stay in the two-bedroom presidential suite, very nice setup cause we were traveling with our children and needed the space but the amount of mosquitoes we had to deal with in OUR ROOM was insane. We killed at least twenty mosquitoes a day during our stay. We requested to have our room sprayed several times and that didn’t help. I don’t know what needs to happen but the room needs to be fumigated or something (before you come with the comments yes I’m aware it’s the Caribbean and they have 🙄 mosquitoes). No one else in our group had issues with mosquitoes in their room.

Missed entertainment
Was a great experience but was really looking forward to the entertainment. My favourite entertainer from past was missing! Where did Snow go?
